I’ve ordered from this location many times without issue, but tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing.
I placed a large family order and attempted to pay with cash ($100 bill) for a ~$64 total. I understand stores sometimes have limits on large bills. However, instead of offering alternatives or calmly explaining the situation, the interaction escalated unnecessarily.
I was told the store could not make change and that accepting my payment would somehow prevent them from operating for the rest of the night. When I tried to clarify and find a reasonable solution, the person identifying himself as the owner stated he didn’t like my “attitude,” refused service, and hung up the phone.
What made this especially frustrating is that I was polite, upfront about needing change, and had four kids in the car. I was also willing to tip and resolve the situation in multiple ways. Being refused service and spoken to that way over a normal payment method felt completely unnecessary.

I’m not disputing a store’s right to refuse large bills — I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic de-escalation. This location seems to advertise cash acceptance while being unprepared or unwilling to handle it. All it says online/on the door is drivers carry less then 20$ WHICH IS WHY I WENT TO PICK IT UP.
This location is so strapped it can’t operate a Tuesday night without 30 in change bankrupting them. I might set up a gofundme.

I placed a large order for delivery from this store and had a great experience. Despite hurdles regarding a corporate process of gift cards not being accepted on future orders (which is my only complaint), the team at this store was fantastic! Specifically, Chris and Chris worked with me to circumvent the challenges, followed through on everything, and made sure my large order was accurate and delivered when needed. The pizzas were great and they were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely order from this Domino’s in the future!

This Domino’s location is amazing. I thought they had messed up my pizza order, so I reported the mistake but it turned out I accidentally ordered it wrong. The manager Chris STILL called me back and gave me a pizza credit even though I had made the mistake. What exceptional customer service! Also, they are extremely fast in their delivery! Highly recommend.

Pre-ordered pizza for 5:15. It’s 5:25 and nobody is in the store. This place needs new management. Its a joke. Not even sure how I will get a refund. Worst dominos ever. Stay away. – Update finally someone showed up around 5:35. Apparently the employee that was supposed to be there at 5pm was pulled to the college store. The owner/manager cares nothing about this store, only their other locations. It was almost 6pm before I had my pizzas. Glad I pre-ordered them for 5:15…

Very disappointed in this ordering experience. Email said 57-67 minutes. Tracker showed driver left store at 7:20pm. We live no more than 10 minutes away from the store. Took 40+ minutes for delivery. Tracker also showed delivered 10+ minutes before it actually was. Driver pulled up smoking cigarette. Pizza was cold, picture doesn’t do it justice. Called store 4 times, only got a busy tone. Reported online and all I got was the option for coupons and then the phone number for the store (that I already called).

Got charged for 2 marinara and only got 1 within the bread stick box. The pizza was so greasy that when I moved the box 5 minutes after placing it down the grease soaked through the box and onto my stone top table. For paying $27 and getting an incorrect order at sub par levels I wonder why I didn’t just get a $20 gourmet pizza from minsky’s. Not a great first impression for dominos. The delivery driver was polite at least which was the only saving grace to the order.

This is the 5th time I’ve ordered from this location for a daddy daughter night. Every time it take almost 2 hours to get our pizza. This time I tried to call to change to pick up and sat on hold on and off for 30 minutes. After getting our 4 year old into the car and drive up there finally was able to talk to someone. The app tracker never updated and the driver was just sitting in his car waiting to leave. After talk with the “store manager” she said the phone is broken, 5 minutes later the driver finally pulls out to leave and that’s when she told me oh it must have already gone out. Pizza and bread was all cold and just not good. Tried to use the app to say something but it still shows as order not delivered. Never order from this store and I will never again.
