Ordered online for carry out and specified light cheese and paid for double topping and was given a pizza full of cheese and next to no toppings… when I arrived to pick up my pizza they had all lights off with appearance of being closed. There was two employees in there one was was working very hard to manage all aspect of the store, including making multiple orders and taking my payment while the other was just standing there on her phone not attempting to lift a finger. Unfortunately didn’t see any hand washing or glove wearing while handling food and money. Will never order again and it’s unfortunate that every pizza place in my area is giving the same poor service. Better off doing Digiorno frozen pizza ‍♀️

Ordered delivery & I am not pleased with how this order looks for one. Portion size is questionable but past that where are the toppings? The little bit of cheese that’s on here is burned. And I paid .75 cent extra for marinara which didn’t make it. I called up to the store asking for a manager & I believe his name is Avon answered the phone & said I’d have to pay ANOTHER delivery fee to get the marinara & better tots made. Instead of giving the phone to a manager he had me speaking to the delivery driver which got me nowhere. This is ridiculous & I will be contacting corporate. Very poor

**UPDATE I updated the review to 5 stars because the manager LISA did get my order remade the next day once I explained the situation to her. I’ll also attach an updated photo of the remade food. Thanks Lisa!

Going Rouge
Made an order over the phone. The women on the phone kept repeating her questions wich was irritating but I didn’t care as long as she got it right. However my order was for delivery and she marked me as pick up to make it worse when I called no one answered so when I drove up they were inside talking and listening to music while I was on hold for 10 min. Then he told me I ordered from the wrong store but after I proved I was the one he was ignoring on the phone he said my pizza was ready. I asked for a discount he refused so I asked for corporate number he ignored me and went back to working I asked for his store manager he said she was busy outside in the back I went outside in the back and she was sitting in her car on the phone smoking. After trying to explain the situation to her she gave me the order and said I just wanted free pizza and to leave before she called the cops. I looked at the order and it was all wrong it wasn’t even my order she just handed me something that was burnt and dried out and started ignoring me too. smh never going back!!!

I really like new gentlemen that took over the store. My food was done on time , fresh, warm, and perfect toppings. Not sure why so many have had bad experience. I ordered my food online for store carry out. Thank you for keeping the place clean and making my order a good experience. Keep up great work.

Nobody Knows It But Me
I order my delivery order and got a text alert that it was on its way at 10:03. At 10:30p, I called the store and waited on hold for over 26 mins. Once I was able to do to the store and ask about the order, the manager on duty got rude with me. At the same time, the driver came back. The manager enquired as to the order I placed. The driver stated ” The place was ridiculous. The drive way had truck and cars and I couldn’t find the place. The phone number didn’t work.” When I showed him the text from the store showing that they had the right phone number, he walked away says” I am not going to argue with you.” When I said, ” Excuse me but you had the right number.” The manager who said her name was Anne Marie, screamed at me, “I have been here for 12 hours. This is my store and you can leave.” I pressed about my order and she said I could take the items, she would do a refund and demanded that I leave the store immediately, even before she completed the refund. All the items that I ordered went into the trash. It was cold and after this experience, not as appealing as they once were. This “Karen” needs some help and I don’t mean just in the store.

I order from here all the time and lately the quality has gotten worse. My cheese is pushed to one side and my bread bites (what little pieces they are) are mostly over cooked. Not happy and will start ordering else where.

Delivered an hour after he left the store, the boxes were smashed, the pizza was cold, and the store refused to answer their phone. Through the site they’ll give me a free pizza. No thanks, I’ll never order from here again, trying to get a full refund, worst food experience ever.

Mistakes happen, I get that but when you receive a complaint you have to acknowledge it and own it. Being a manager of a business myself, I am disappointed on behalf of the staff here for the poor judgement call their “manager” Colista made. First of all we ordered 3 pasta dishes at 9:15 pm and when they arrived at 10:00 pm 2/3 were okay but one was TERRIBLE. Dried out pasta with burnt tips & a splash of sauce. No cheese. No Italian sausage. We called and asked for the manager. The woman who answered informed us she was the manager and after explaining what we received she gave us the excuse of “Sorry we have some new people, I’ll make new dishes now and send them out as soon as the driver returns.” My first issue here is the excuse of having new people. If you are the manager, its on you. Don’t throw your new employee under the bus. Who’s responsible for making sure they know what they are doing?! Well we waited and waited, 45 minutes later and now 11:00 pm the driver returns. But before he arrived I checked the history from the previous order online. It has a section to rate your experience and the 3rd question was, “Did Colista make your order accurately and bake it to perfection?” That’s right, Colista, the manager who threw her new employees under the bus is listed as the employee who prepared the order. That shameful. Even if it was just a mistake by a new employee or due to being busy (although it was a pretty big miss) as a manager every mistake is a reflection on you. Give a genuine apology, make it right, and move on.

Pre-ordered my pizzas for a birthday party on 9/3. Delivery time comes around afternoon of party and no pizzas. I call and call and no one answers so one of my party guests drives to the store. We were thinking maybe they were delayed and pick up would be easier. He gets to the store and it’s not even open! Lights out doors locked on a Saturday afternoon. So I had no food to feed my guests! The pizzas were already paid for. The least they could have done is called me or given me a heads up. I called corporate and they said the store owner would call me. Still waiting on the call! They had no problem taking my $100 though. I finally reached the store and talked to the new manager who gave me a refund but it took almost 2 weeks. Corporate never even reached out about the online claim I submitted.

Ordered 3/4/23 was estimated to be ready at 9pm. There were no employees when i got there. Another customer in the lobby said the manager and all employees walked out and quit. I waited awhile and no one came so I left. 2 hours later they charged my credit card for the order and marked it “ready for pickup” at almost midnight. No one from this location or Domino’s customer support has responded for 5 days after multiple attempts to get a refund.
