I’ve ordered from this Domino’s for a long time and usually tip well, but the customer service has really gone downhill. My most recent order never arrived, and after walking around outside for 15 minutes looking for it, I had to call in. Instead of an apology or any acknowledgment of the issue, I was met with attitude and excuses like “well he’s our only driver,” as if that explained the missing pizza.
I wasn’t rude at all — I just explained that the order wasn’t delivered — and the response I got made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for a problem I didn’t cause. This isn’t the first time delivery issues have happened here, but this was the first time the staff was openly dismissive about it.
They did agree to remake the order, but honestly the customer service alone makes me reconsider ordering from this location again.

We had an issue so we called and explained. They were very accommodating. We’re not ones to complain. The great thing is, they’ve fixed the issue and they’re better than ever. The drivers are all great!

Let me start with they were hopping busy! That said I got the wrong pizza, partially serves me right for not looking before I left the store.
I called after getting home, about ten minutes away. They offered to remake the pizza which was nice but I wasn’t interested in going back out. She offered to mail a coupon and I agreed, still waiting on that to arrive.

Had 2 orders… waited 20 to 30 mins for them and they forgot to put one of the orders in the oven so had to wait another 20 to 30 mins. It was freezing outside and I went through the drive through. The heat was out in my car and I had one of the completed orders in the car with me getting cold while we waited for the other order. Just a little disappointed with speed, accuracy and service. The pizza and bread tasted amazing as always.

Ordered my pizza sat in the parking lot watching the app to tell me when it was done after 43 minutes I went inside and it had been done. Their app doesn’t work right very rude about it said they were busy if you’re not busy to update your app why I have it.the manager went above and beyond and made it right so atleast they care about customer service.

Placed on line order at 5:40 for pick up at 6:45. Call at 5:50 to change the time. Was told pizza already in the oven. Wait, what? It cooks for 45 minutes!?! So get to pick up at 6:30 but was told still 20 minutes til done. I thought it was already in the oven?!? Last time I will use Domino’s in Willard. Terrible customer service.
