Made the best out of a bad situation! Give a round of applause for these guys! We ordered 2 pizzas from an event and placed the order at 5:22. With a estimated 30-40 min wait. We ran late to pick it up. When we got there it was 6:10 we were told it would be another 15 mins. Within a few mins another worker checked on us. I complained about how it will be an hour estimate between when we ordered pizza to when we got it. He said that the only thing he could do is have the manager speak to us but since they are behind he would rather just to work on our pizzas. So we agreed. Within another few mins another worker checked on us. By 6:25 we got our pizza! We commended the guy. Honestly they had a whole crew of workers and all were working diligently. The pizza was hot and delicious!

We ordered three pizzas and three lava cakes. The workers there are very respectful and treated us with care. They made sure our food was correct and tasted good. I definitely will return in this location in the future. I appreciate kind workers and atmosphere. Definitely recommend and support this location. Kitchen was clean and dine in tables were clean. Restrooms well stocked and clean. A++++++

Still waiting about 2 hours for two pizzas on a Tuesday night for pickup not even delivery, called 6 times before I got an answer after an hour of waiting to be told my order would be another 30min-1 hour. The food is usually fine but the service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced almost everytime I order. Either they need new management or hire more capable employees. This is ridiculous

This has to be there worst store l, I ordered a pasta bowl last night at 7:04, online, it said it would be delivered around 8, I thought ok can wait 45mins, no big deal… so at 8 I tracked my order and it now said 9:02, I tried calling twice and let it ring and ring with no answer so I got in my car drove to the store and they told me it would be another 20 mins, I told them I didn’t want to wait till 9 pm to eat, so ask them to cancel it, they did refund my money but kept the $2 tip for the driver….I will never go back and will tell anyone and everyone who will listen to me about this, its crazy, they only has 2 ppl working….

If I could give it zero I would I ordered a cheese bread and pepperoni pizza asked for the pizza to be well done . Well I got my cheesy bread and pulled I apart and the cheese in the middle wasn’t melted and the dough in the middle was raw like it wasn’t just a little raw it was completely raw in the middle. Tried calling no one answered. Read some old reviews and figured no point calling just to argue so it was First time ordering and it will be the last.

Ordered from here multiple times. Ordered a couple days ago and the time(on the tracker) went from 30 minutes to over 2 hours! That’s frickin insane! Showed up about the 30 minute mark only to watch the time get longer and longer. Finally went in and asked I was told about another 20 minutes. At that point I went to another restaurant and ordered food(about 15 minute cooking time) made it back home and and ate. All before the pizza was ready.

Waited for over an hour before calling. Said it would be over an hour on the hour we already waited before delivery. Long story short order got cancelled and we got hung up on before being clarified of the order being cancelled.

This is why I don’t order from West Plains Domino’s. Pizza has been done almost an hour, I called the store and they informed me they didn’t even know when somebody would be back to pick up the pizza to deliver it. When I expressed my displeasure and the manager, Montana hung up on me. I went to pick my pizza up, and was once again met with rudeness when I explained a phone call to let us know what was going on would’ve been nice, we would have picked it up! I will be reporting to corporate! Unbelievable! They ended up refunding my money….I didn’t want a free pizza, I wanted respect and courtesy!
