In the past we have got missing items or a wrong pizza, a quick call and they are happy to fix the issue within the night or sending coupons which is acceptable busy nights are such a normalcy these days so it’s not a huge issue ever, however Friday night before the big “snowmagedon”, the website wasn’t working for ordering and paying with gift cards and debit cards, they fixed the issue over the phone even including the manager paying for a portion of our remaining balance due to the credit card reader issue. We want to thank you for always going above and beyond even after an error. We thank you.

Third time ordering sandwiches from this location. It will be our last. Each time there is 2-3 pieces of meat in the sandwich. Order normal quantity and get all bread and cheese. Get 4 times the amount of meat on a pizza than sandwich. Definitely not worth the price.

I’d like to leave less than one star. I ordered and paid online. Arrived at the store and saw on the board my pizza wasn’t ready, I stood aside and waited. It finally said on the board my order was ready, I approached the counter and was not talked to by any of the staff. Another customer came in and they greeted him and asked about his order. I immediately interjected and said I’ve been standing there and you greet someone behind me!? They asked my name and went to grab my order, it wasn’t there. He immediately offered a refund without any other solution. I asked where my order was, he said it was still in prep and again told he could refund my order. What the hell??? That’s bullshit! So i told him to refund and walked out. I will never order from this store again! I get they were busy, but to waste 45 minutes of my time for nothing is unacceptable. You will NOT get another chance to screw up again!

I just called the Ozark store and spoke with Kenzie manager on duty and I had a concern that she very effectively and diligently took care of. I go here numerous times because it’s close. And my order is always wrong, I always have to circle around in the parking lot until they get it right. I go to the one on J and it’s always fine. There’s always new people and even if I talk to them instead of ordering online, it’s incorrect I’ve just had enough. Please train your people correctly!
