The last 2 orders I received were spot on. I stopped ordering from this location for a long time because they lost my order and it took 45 minutes of waiting for them to make me another pizza just to find my original order and it was still wrong. I was so angry and decided to take my business somewhere else. They must have new employees because everything was great. Perfectly baked, quick service, and they even got my special request of no garlic butter on the crust. Please keep up the good work!

Every time I order it’s great, if something’s rarely wrong they get it fixed immediately. If there’s something I can’t do on the app (like extra cook on wings) I call and they do exactly as I ask! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Domino’s specifally in Nixa is something I always look forward to ordering.

My pizza was hardly warm and I was there when it was finished. The crust was white and doughy. It was ordered with extra cheese and had less than regular cheese, didn’t even cover the pizza and wasn’t even completely melted.

I ordered pizzas through Uber Eats, but I couldn’t figure out how to change the sauce to Alfredo for one of the pizzas. After I submitted the order, I called & asked for them to change the sauce. The pizza was already being made. They offered to cancel the order, so I could place a new one, but the funds wouldn’t return to my card in enough time. They canceled the order & delivered it to me anyway! All I was asking for was one of the pizzas to be remade with the Alfredo sauce, but I fully expected to pay for it. I am absolutely blown away. This is so going above & beyond for your customers. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ive ordered and picked up countless times. Why would anyone ever go to this dominos when Little Caesar’s is right next door? Huge mistake by Dominos; hiring their new manager. I don’t know who this Kyden guy thinks he is, but I’m shocked his staff still shows up. I went and saw a complete disregard for human decency and respect for my time. Making his employees work twice as hard as him. At least the little ceasars owner rolls with the punches and gives me a heads up my pizza is gonna be a bit longer and does it himself. Dominos really needs to evaluate their hiring process for managers. Whoever they let go clearly treated their staff and drivers better.

One Sunday in early August (possibly August 3rd) we got a few pizzas here and it was clear that they had been pre-made and reheated with the toppings on. They didn’t seem fresh and the toppings, like the pineapple, clearly had not been cooked long. They were not good.

Buyer beware, do not take your children inside this location. Stick to delivery or leave them home when you go in. The staff had zero filters while I dined in and ate at one of their tables in the lobby.
It was clean and vacant other than me and the staff, but they were cussing up a storm and didn’t seem bothered by my presence.

Unlike other pizza delivery places, we havent had a problem with receiving our pizza. Our apartment complex can be difficult to find the right apartment to deliver to but these guys do what’s needed in order to get it right.
They call to ensure fast delivery and correct location drop offs.

I was in absolute SHOCK with how fast my food got delivered. I swear I put my phone down and I kid you not 2 minutes later it was ALREADY HERE!!!!! The order was correct and beyond delicious! I love you Dominos and high five to the sweetheart that delivered it for me! I absolutely give my full respect to this store! Good job guys, keep up the excellent work. They were unfortunately preoccupied with the phones. I looked at my uncut pizza laying on the back table waiting to be cut and boxed. Staff friendly, pizza was delicious.
