Such great delivery!
I typically order through the app and have them deliver and they are usually early or right on time, it amazing. Weekends can be a bit more hectic but that’s a given, but even then they’ve usually been on time, and they have great service. Their hand tossed crust is my favorite go-to and it’s filling!

ordered for delivery… when the order FINALLY arrived it was completely inedible… if I wanted a box of uncooked grease, I’d just go to the local oil change joint… threw the junk away and went and got a burger at JB Malone’s (GREAT!)…

The food is very good…when you actually get what you ordered! I swear, hand on a Bible, that every single time I order the chicken habanero sandwich, they get it wrong. I always order no jalapenos, and they do indeed take off the jalapenos…but they also leave off the mango habanero sauce! Every. Single. Time! I literally always have to go back up to the store and have them add it to my sandwich!
This time I was determined to not have to do this dance! So less than one minute after placing my order on the app, I called the store. The guy who answered was not very helpful. He pulled up my ticket, he tried to get confused about whether or not I wanted jalapenos (when my ticket clearly said “NO jalapenos), and when he finally got around to understanding that I wanted ensure that my sandwich had SAUCE, he told me it had already been made incorrectly! It would have to be remade!
Seriously Domino’s, is really that hard to make sure your employees know how to make one sandwich correctly? You only offer seven different kinds!!

They have the best Philly Cheese steak pizza ever..we add banana peppers. And we have it on a hand tosses crust. He’ll order it on the app, pick it up on his way home from work and it’s still hot when he gets home!

Was told my pizza was ready when I ordered on the app. Waited for 20 mins in the parking lot before I ended up having to call the store and ask what the deal was. My pizzas were brought out shortly after and the reason behind the wait was because they “weren’t paying attention.” Smh

Ordered a carbonara bread bowl, picked it up, went home, it was the primavera. Called and was told they would check and see if they could get it re-made… was told it would be ready in 10 mins.
Got there to pick it up and requested she check to make sure there was extra garlic butter brushed on the bread bowl ( like I had ordered initially) and was told it was made wrong again but that once it went in the oven it would only be 7-10 mins for it to cook, I said ok I’ll be right here in the drive thru waiting. Everything smells so good here and I’m fricking starving so this has the potential to be the best carbonara bread bowl ever, lol, fingers crossed!!
Seems to be an abundance of staff thats not busy at all so I can’t figure out how this happened but I’m hopeful it’ll work this time.
