Full transparency… I had a coupon for a free medium pizza. I ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce, extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The total was not enough for delivery so I ordered other items to go with it. Delivery and timing was excellent. The pizza crust was so soggy that it fell apart. The cheese in the middle was not melted. I called to report and was offered a replacement. I was informed that all the extra ingredients caused this issue. I was unaware of that. So they said they would send a replacement with less “ingredients”. The replacement was nearly burnt and too dry to eat. It was like they used no sauce or it burned away in the baking. I’m not an expert on pizza making. This should not have been a problem from the start. I know for the future. I’ll buy sauce on the side for dipping and use a different pizza place.

I used to have 0 issue with this location but twice now I have ordered 30 – 45 minutes before closed and the order tracker kept progressing as normal but my food never arrived.
Support is very unhelpful as the website to contact support has been down everytime I try to get a refund.
Id appreciate it if you change your delivery hours if they are incorrect

I work at the U of M and come here often for lunch. It’s been great up until the last month or two, however lately every pizza I get seems like it hasn’t been cut. It’s really frustrating getting a pizza and trying to get a slice and it rips the next two slices in half bc the pizza didn’t get cut thoroughly. Even went as far as to request “Thoroughly cut” in the special instructions (which I shouldn’t have to do in the first place) and even after that it still wasn’t cut worth a damn. A time or two is one things but it’s getting to be every single time. Perhaps retraining the employees on cutting the pizzas would solve this issue?

Nathan provided great service this past weekend! We ordered a number of pizzas to be delivered to our tailgate. There was a miscommunication while placing the order, which was not Domino’s fault. Nathan made it right when he didn’t have to which was awesome on his part. He went out of his way to bring back a pizza and extra drinks!

DO NOT order for delivery from this location. I placed a pre-order at a certain time and they marked it as completed. I called and the guy said that my order was completed which i explained that it wasnt. Then I overheard him talking to someone and that person said the driver clocked out/in and that it will be 20-30 min. I waited an over an hour called back checking on my order and i explained to a new manager about my order never arrived and that my apartment has a camera which will show no one delivering pizza from dominos at my apartment and he said they’ll just re-make it which i told him not to do it just give me a refund. He said ok and that it will take 2-3 business days and that he will leave a note about my refund which i then ask about sending me an e-mail detailing my refund and he said he didnt know how to do it. So I shall see if they done it or not.

They can’t seem to get their order straight you order well done which we’ve done twice and it is floppy and looks undercooked. What a waste of money. Young skinny short Red haired manager with Large glasses kept staring at me with an unpleasant look. Order was around 1pm on Feb 6th.

The driver arrived and was missing part of my order. He stated he would return with the rest of the order. Over an hour later I called the store and asked for a refund. They put me on hold because that driver just left the store and they wanted to make sure that he wasn’t out delivering the rest of the order. He wasn’t. The amount of the refund was just over $3.00. I think I’d have just refunded the 3 bucks regardless of whether the missing item was being delivered since it had been over an hour. If they had I wouldn’t be leaving this negative review.
