I’d give it zero stars if I could. They give you extra small wings. If you ever have the audacity to call them and tell them that their wings are small and ask for another order or a partial refund even they will get short with you and try to get the manager on the phone. Then the manager will come and yell at you for having the audacity to ask for what you paid for. I never got the manager’s name, but the assistant manager, Amanda gladly gave me hers. It’s not her fault that she was short with me. I think she’s used to people being hostile due to so many people that are disappointed with their orders in the past. I think she probably has been beat down enough by so many people being disappointed by ordering from Domino’s And seeing what they actually got and calling her that she is just frustrated. I think it’s really the general managers fault. The one who got on the phone, but wouldn’t give me her name. I think she is the real evil person in this scenario.

We like to get pizza from here Domino’s when we find one because there are non where we live. It’s good pizza, but we do NOT like that you now have to pay for marinara sauce with your cheese sticks. That’s the dumbest thing EVER. It should come with your meal just like any other eating establishment. For that reason alone I’m not giving it 5 star. Don’t be cheap when your food is so good!

Really great restaurant. Goes above and beyond to make something right if something goes wrong, but most of the time everything is absolutely perfect. Friendly, personable, professional drivers. Food arrives hot and ready to eat every single time. No long wait times, even at dinnertime hours. I’m not one to complain about my experience somewhere, especially online. This is the first google review I’ve left and it was prompted by the terrible experience I had. My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza the day prior to this review. Later that night she found out that the store had charged her twice for the same thing. Now it is the next day and we have come back to the store. They took down some information about the order and asked us to wait while they checked on it. We’ve been sitting for 30 minutes while we listen to the phone ring over and over with no one to answer it. It’s drove us to near insanity. At this point we are wondering if the money is even worth it. 2/10 won’t pizza here again.

I went twice first time was great. Second was one star quality. However they gave me burnt pizza with big air bubbles some the size of golf balls. It was also 3-4 times greasier than it should’ve been (At least twice). That part I didn’t mind. I waited 10 minutes while being the only one in line. They missed a topping I paid extra for and sauce I paid for too and I was in a hurry to leave so I didn’t think to remind them but I did pay for it. Then I gave review stating this. They go and say we’ll open a case. I think that’s not necessary unless you do something to take responsibility and it isn’t a big freak-out or show. But then there was no response. That was two weeks ago. The quality was so bad ten dollars is about all you’d pay because it was bad frozen pizza quality. I paid $31.55 so I won’t be going back. In fact the site refused to let me use the rewards points it has been constantly emailing me about using. My mom and I were hungry and I didn’t think to photograph what was left until an hour later but look at this… You can do better than that the pizza with pineapple should have olives to btw. Do you see olives? I don’t. I didn’t taste any either or get the dice I paid for and you should probably give free, like a lot of (probably most) places. They decided to remodel and look all nice on the outside with a finger pointing to come and spent all sorts of time on that but they did nothing to improve customer service. They never have in years reading the reviews on here going through that experience and getting no response well… Clearly they don’t care about customers half to 3/4 of the time and then ignore them when called out on their absolutely unacceptable service. Terrible. I will ignore this chain. It will be a blacklisted last option.
