Yeah I hope somebody sees this cuz this store is Ruder than anybody else I had a friend that went into that store and an old co-worker of hers decided to get all of the managers all of the co-workers to point laugh and giggle at her and when I called the store and ask for a corporate number the manager said he did not believe me and hung up on so so I hope that I can actually get a corporate number from somebody so I can talk to somebody about my complaint

I work at the largest factory in Maryville. I only have a 20 minute break for lunch, beyond that and you can get disciplined/wrote up. I called at 5:30 for a timed delivery at 7:30 of pizza and small order of boneless wings. Google maps says it is only 1.6 miles with a 3 minute drive (I would have guessed 5 minutes, but oh well) I called to inquire about my order at 7:35 and listened to their elevator music promo for 5 minutes telling me that all associates are busy and will answer when they get the chance. I hangup and call back, this time the phone is picked up. I’m told my order is on its way. I finally get it after 7:45. With only 5 minutes left of my lunch break. I don’t have time to go to the cafeteria and relax and eat. I carry it back to my machine hoping to grab a quick bite before my break ends, only to find that I have no buffalo sauce or the extra I ordered of Bleu Cheese for my boneless. I tried to call to complain to see if they will do anything to make it “right”, after they were over 15 minutes late on a timed delivery called in 2 hrs before and messed it up. The person answered and then put me on hold, I wait a minute with no one coming back to the phone and then hang up, they had their chance and I have no more time to give to this cluster F*** of a s**t show. And go back to work having felt like I just took it up the tailpipe.

Love to know that Maryville Domino’s if they cannot figure out how to get to your house go back and throw your food into their warmer and don’t tell you they canceled your order but at least somebody is nice and delivers it after you call but it’s all messed up and the lava cake is smashed because they threw it back in the warmer that’s lovely I will not be ordering again

I ordered online and it was placed for a domino’s on 43rd st in Kansas City in error, when I went to pick up order (in Maryville) the gentleman who greeted me was very kind took down my order and got it in the oven so it’d be ready after calling kc store to get them to cancel order there. Kc store had me on hold forever manager at Maryville location and other employee tried calling as well never got thru. After over 20 minutes on hold with kc store they finally answered and canceled order. Customer service here was 10/10 they went above and beyond for something that was my error! They were fast making my order everything tasted great and will definitely come back 🙂

Pizza is good. But most of the time the drivers can’t find your house. And then they just leave your food on someone else’s doorstep. If I was you; I’d pick up your own food. Plus you won’t get a huge delivery charge with carryout!
