I just ordered an Alfredo chicken pasta. I’m very disappointed with the quantity of the pasta it’s too over rated they charged me 8.99$ , when I called them they just said that they give only handful of pasta but in my bowl I can’t even find handful of pasta that’s too disappointing. Dominos definitely need to change the quantity or the price of the pasta. This is the worst thing…..!

The good: The food is fresh and exactly what I ordered. The staff is friendly and feels really bad when I mention that an add on item is missing such as a garlic cup.
The not so good: This location is terrible at remembering any add on items such as garlic cups, grated Parmesan cheese, etc. 100% of the time they forget my add on items (-2 stars).
I used to get really upset about the add on items. I changed my mentality to assume the young kids working there just can’t remember the add on items and I need to check before leaving. If you check your order before leaving the store and make sure you have all your add on items then you will have a great evening. Forget to check, drive all the way home, and you will be disgruntled because your probably not going to drive back for a 75 cent garlic cup.

I work at the largest factory in Maryville. I only have a 20 minute break for lunch, beyond that and you can get disciplined/wrote up. I called at 5:30 for a timed delivery at 7:30 of pizza and small order of boneless wings. Google maps says it is only 1.6 miles with a 3 minute drive (I would have guessed 5 minutes, but oh well) I called to inquire about my order at 7:35 and listened to their elevator music promo for 5 minutes telling me that all associates are busy and will answer when they get the chance. I hangup and call back, this time the phone is picked up. I’m told my order is on its way. I finally get it after 7:45. With only 5 minutes left of my lunch break. I don’t have time to go to the cafeteria and relax and eat. I carry it back to my machine hoping to grab a quick bite before my break ends, only to find that I have no buffalo sauce or the extra I ordered of Bleu Cheese for my boneless. I tried to call to complain to see if they will do anything to make it “right”, after they were over 15 minutes late on a timed delivery called in 2 hrs before and messed it up. The person answered and then put me on hold, I wait a minute with no one coming back to the phone and then hang up, they had their chance and I have no more time to give to this cluster F*** of a s**t show. And go back to work having felt like I just took it up the tailpipe.

For the second time in my last three visits I didn’t receive the side of Garlic Sauce that I ordered. I didn’t return to the store to get my order completed as the item only costs 75 cents and not worth the effort.
Granted by now I should be triple checking to see if I received what I ordered before I leave the store, however, I shouldn’t have to do this.
The food was excellent.
