This Domino’s has the best manager ever she is always smiling and if you don’t like your pizza when it comes out of the oven, she’ll be glad to remake it! She should be promoted and put in a store to train all employees on how to give proper customer service!! She is awesome and I wish I could remember her name, but if you go to the store and ask her or any other employee in there about the guy that is the pickiest customer ever they will know exactly who sent this review. People are quick to complain!!! And I think we should be just as quick to give a compliment. Keep up the good work young lady.

So my last review about this Domino’s location was not a good one at all, expressing my disappointment & frustration at what it had became. But I’m happy to say that my recent experiences with this location has been AWESOME!! The first person I give credit to Danielle. Since she has started there the service has been on point and perfect every time! The food is hot & fresh, on time & ready. She has a positive attitude with each visit & always has a smile on her face. I will continue to order from this location any & every for my pizza needs! Thank you for turning that place around and making it a great place to get great pizza!!

Pizza is great. But the delivery people have no idea what they are doing. My husband spend literally 30 minutes on the phone with someone who couldn’t even really understand him, so she could find where we live. He had to repeat himself probably 15 times until this delivery driver found our house. We don’t live in the middle of no where.. we’re literally in a residential neighborhood. Then the driver gets here and has the audiciaty to tell my husband our address is wrong. When we told her 10 times it’s correct she just didn’t read the important instructions. Then she blamed him because SHE hit a deer. Absolutely insane.

I’m updating my review from a one star to a five-star, and this location can thank Danielle for that! She’s been the nicest sweetest person I’ve met and dealt with at a Domino’s in a very long time! I previously ordered from the location on Missouri 45 at 10:52 p.m. and they took my order and it reflected that on the app that it was being prepared by CharIy, so show up there just shortly after 11:00 and the two ladies working in the store had no idea about my order and were very rude about it. Said we’re closed we don’t have your order we never got your order and I’m looking at my app which shows I’m at the right store that I put my order in and they charged me for it. So two days later I called back during the day and talk to the manager who happened to be Charly and told her what had happened she said she was in the back of the store and did not know what was happening and would have dealt with it then if she would have realized I was out there complaining. She gave me credit for my order and refunded my order and when tonight I chose to use my credit I selected the same store in the app and I called them directly got AI, AI knew I had the credit but we got disconnected I called back and they knew we got disconnected and then connected me to an operator which I told them I was not placing an order I had already placed an order I have a credit that they owe me and the operator connected me to the store, Charly was not working tonight and I talked to a Dale and got my order put in. I go to the store and they don’t know who Dale is they don’t have a Charly as a manager and they don’t have my order and they were rude about it once again! so in my investigation to find out where my order was at and what store I was talking to I talked to the one that’s on prairie view road and this is where I encountered Danielle! She was very nice and offered to make my order for me because she did not know what store they had sent me to and was willing to help me out and I’m just so grateful for her because I am so hungry and didn’t want to have to deal with this nonsense once again I will be contacting corporate and a general manager if I can find out who one is and I’m going to be praising Danielle but these other stores that didn’t answer their phone on Northwest Barry road and the Missouri 45 didn’t answer their phone I tried calling it back to talk to who I thought was Dale that was manager for tonight in place of Charly who is not in tonight but they never answered their phone either which I believe I was calling the same store that I was at trying to get my order from originally they remembered I was not happy with their service the last time and how they was rude to me and I told them I would be letting corporate know about it and I think they just chose not to make my order. so thank you Danielle you know what customer service is and I appreciate that, this woman should be given a raise and maybe moved up to a manager if she’s not already!

Tell me why i always end up heating the pizza that just got delivered to me in the microwave. Lived here 3 years, never fails. I get the delivery delay, but when i order extra cheese and im still eating sauce on crust theres a huge problem.
