Man I don’t think my pizza could be any warmer. I opened the box and I could feel the heat roll out. I LOVE IT! shout out to Christian on my delicious pizza, u always nail it! And big kudos to Michael for the freaky fast delivery of my piping hot pizza! You guys rock!! And are MY PIZZA HEROES! keep up the above exceptional service. For those of you yet to try this place, we’ll you’re missing out. Should definitely give them a try you won’t be disappointed. And if anything like me I’m addicted to the stuffed crust! SLOW. The slowest Domino’s I have ever experienced. I went to pick up a carry out order. When I ordered the ETA for pickup was 15-20 min. I thought the tracker was stuck because it never moved off the “making” stage. Arrived at the store 25 min after order was placed. Stood in store for another 30 min watching 2 employees stand around talking. A third appeared from the back looked around at the standing customers, then went in the back again. Delivery experience was no different. It was 30 min before the order started being made. The original ETA was 30-45 min. It was an hour and half before the order was delivered.

Wow where to start? The dissopoinment Started about 3 days ago when I ordered a pizza from this location and the decent strated. Everything seemed to be ok until the driver showed up who I met outside to save them he or she trouble. He gets out of his car in 5° weather with no hot bag and gives me the pizza and walks away.
I proceed to take the pizza inside and find a dry cold pizza that was more then very unpleasant. I called the store and spoke with the manager who was helpful and apologetic, he said he would put a large pizza and side on my phone number to use for a future date to acomadate for the situation.
Fast forward to tonight when I used that credit. Everything seemed to be fine at first but slowly things seemed to turn ascue. After 2hrs of wait time which seemed odd especially because I live 2 miles away and it was a weddsnay night. The order finally showed up, as I hear the doorbell ring and a grab my cash to tip the driver I comee downstairs within 30 seconds and open the door to see the driver starting the car in my driveway, while I stared at him with a handful full of cash for tip he backed up and drove off abruptly. I then look down on the cold snow filled entryway to see my pizza box on the floor. I then took the pizza into the kitchen and opened the box only to find that a piece was missingfrom the puzza.
I called them immediately and spoke with the manager on duty who seemed verys stessed Out at the situation and was more than willing to do what he could do to acomadate which was offer anther free pizza. I told him at this point I no longer want any pizza from this location but did say I would like to speak with the franchise owner or at least the GM. I will be happy to update this review depending on tomorrow’s interaction. Still the wurst

Ordered online and went to the store to pick up pizza, sandwich, and cinnamon twists. Had to park all the way in the back as there was an employee blocking 2 parking spots as he was changing clothes right there in the parking lot. When I made it into the store, no one was there! Empty store?! They could have definitely been robbed. I called out hello and no one came. I was getting ready to leave and 2 employees walked into the front doors and asked how could they help. Told them I was picking up, my food was ready thankfully but no reason any store should just be left empty. The food was actually good but it’s disappointing that service sucked so bad as there wasn’t any service provided because I had to wait for employees to walk in the door. Probably won’t return.

First the service is way too slow and one particular driver is just that. Amos was the driver and he’s been the delivery driver more than once when I’ve ordered. He’s not prompt and he doesn’t speak at all when he’s spoken to. Not sure why but it’ll be the last time I order from this store.

The way the manager treated me, and after messed my order up by my reading the simple instructions. This could’ve been avoided but to offer me a credit is disgusting. Why would I want to return there especially after being hung up on by the manager Jasper I wasn’t rude or disrespectful but to get mad at customers for addressing our concerns of not following instructions is very degrading. If I choose to spend my money I should get what I ask for and not what you think I should get. To be in management and to treat us as customers as if our money don’t pay his wages is sicken. Why would I want to ever offer from there while having them kind of employees in that store. No refund my money and tomorrow I’m taking that dry as pizza back to the store. I would’ve took it tonight has my car wasn’t in the shop. Or to tired to even cook but next time I’ll buy a frozen pizza that taste better than any pizza. The pizza is Connies you can find them in price chopper. If you try it you’ll never shop at Domino’s again.I don’t know why I can’t add the pics. The pics looks disgusting and dry

Super disappointed with the experience we had tonight. We ordered two medium pizzas, one cinnamon roll, and one garlic Parmesan roll, A 2 L of Mr. Pibb as well as a few sauces. My boyfriend answered the door and took the pizza from the delivery driver, it immediately hollered for me. We only had two boxes and a regular sized soda. Neither of the breads, any of the sauces, or a 2 L of soda was brought. I immediately called the store, I was on hold for 22 minutes before I decided that I just had to go up to the store. When I got to the store they pulled up the order and made the two breads gave me extra soda and my dipping sauces. I had to wait about 15 minutes at the store for the breads to be done, and just a few minutes before the bread was done my boyfriend sent me a picture and asked me to have the pizza remade because it was also burnt. I didn’t end up asking for the Pizza to be remade because I didn’t wanna wait for it, the reason we order delivery is because everyone in our household is super sick and none of us wanted to leave. It was a little bit frustrating when I had to go to have the order corrected, as they didn’t offer to refund anything, and I feel like they should’ve at least refunded the delivery fee as I had to get out and go up there to get the rest of my order. They were nice but I went up and have the rest of my order made, but I did feel like they were not apologetic at all, and almost kind of laughed about it being a joke about the delivery driver that brought our order thinking he was good at his job but he isn’t.All in all, I definitely won’t be returning to Domino’s.

Iv had Domino’s for years.
Tonight for dinner was cold food.
Pizza cold, chicken wings is my favorite, but not tonight. They looked cooked, little to no sauce, and was cold. Maybe they was sitting around for while and they just added smudge of sauce and called it day?
They wasn’t even crispy. Wasn’t normal. They was more, rubbery and cooked just enough to pass off?
Normally when I get chicken wings they burn my mouth and a bit crisp. But not on this 55° delivery night.
From ordering to delivery only took 45. Not sure why the food tasted like 2 hours old.
$35 waste..

Order was over 2 HOURS LATE AND I ONLY WORK ROUGHLY 7 MINUTES AWAY FROM THEM. And my food was burnt, cold, and they didn’t even give me a full portion. Email a complaint in but never heard from anyone. DOMINO’S IS TRASH!!!!
