So my five year-old had to have emergency surgery at children’s mercy a few days after surgery when she was allowed to eat she wanted pizza and cheese bread from Domino’s so I got on the app and made a delivery order then called the store to let them know to please do not put the oil all over everything, once the order gets delivered I open up everything to see that it is absolutely swimming and dripping and oil, and that the pizza is pretty much burnt to the point where she’s not gonna eat it and I can’t eat it, I then called the store to talk to a manager about it and was told that since I ordered my pizza with “light sauce”, that’s why it’s burnt. I’ve ordered a lot of pizzas from Domino’s in my life the same way and never had one burnt because it had “light sauce” after basically arguing with the manager he told me out of all the pizzas he’s made today. It’s pretty coincidental that mine is the only one burnt. I told him I would bring it back to the store if he would like to see it, but he just basically told me look if you don’t like how we cook pizza go somewhere else and get your food and hung up. Needless to say this is the worst dominoes I have ever got food from and will never return again.

Do not order here if you value your time and respect yourself, you will regret it if you value honesty and hours of your life. Order says 15 minutes until ready for pickup when you place it online… That is a lie. It will be at least an hour, and they’re already holding your money hostage cause you have to pre-pay. There are no updates that items been delayed so you WILL be waiting 45 minutes at the store. Don’t support a terrible owner keeping the store understaffed, and don’t let yourself get scammed. You will regret buying from here like I do. Wasted 2 hours for sub-par pizza when I had a birthday party full of 7th graders waiting. Made me look like a bad parent cause of pure mismanagement.

Very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. We ordered two medium pizzas and a soda and asked about the advertised special when placing the order, but were still charged full price. When I called to speak with the manager to clarify the issue, he was rude and dismissive, refused to provide his name and stated there was no one else I could speak with other than the owner, but also refused to provide the owner’s name. I remained polite and simply tried to resolve the situation, but was told there was nothing that could be done.
Unfortunately, the food quality was also poor. The pizzas were dry, the toppings seemed old, and the overall quality was not what we expected. We ordered for our family and our children were hungry, so this was especially disappointing.
I hope management reviews both the customer service and food quality at this location so other families have a better experience.

I had my doubts when I saw so many one star reviews and an overall rating of 2.4 stars. This was my first time trying this location and honestly, it was just like any other location. Good pizza made on time. The people working there were friendly and my order was ready for carry out on time. The pizzas themselves were just as I expected.

I initially come here because its closer to my home but the way that the staff dont care about anything I have to say is inconsiderate. I make the same order on pizza and yet it still made wrong. The staff told me to “push the light cheese” even though I have proof of my order. The staff was a male on feb 1. 2026 at 8:20 . Hopefully this gets resolved especially since I pay .

We ordered a pizza and a stuffed garlic bread. They gave us a highly roasted food which is very hard to eat. When we asked the employee to make it again or refund on that. They refused to do it. I only had one bite and it tasted worst. When I went back for a refund they refused by saying you already had it.

I wish I could give zero stars. I called them and placed my order and they said they would have my order done in 15 min. I saw my pizza sitting there and they claimed they didn’t have my pizza and wouldn’t make it. They yelled at me to leave and were so u kind for no reason. They are so lazy and don’t care about their customers at all. Go anywhere else. Here is a pic of the employees. We talked to the lady with red hair but she walked to the back and I couldn’t get a pic of her. So unprofessional and so rude.

Ordered a pizza online, it went through with no issues and then my order was cancelled. I called to find out why and the guy on the phone was very polite but I don’t think they were telling the truth. They claimed it was probably outside their delivery zone and that the computer must have cancelled it. It’s 1.5 miles from my house, a 4 minute drive and that’s out of their delivery zone? All information online says they have a 6 mile radius so how can that be unless they just didn’t want to deliver here? I live in the bottoms as do many people and we can’t get a pizza delivered? Crazy!

Oh, and a pizza was missing
It’s clear the store cannot manage the volume of orders received or is incredibly too short staffed to process delivery orders on a Friday night.
I’m okay with waiting 3-hours for a pizza delivery but need to know that’s the expectation when placing the order so we can order hours earlier.
What’s crazy is, the store closed at 1am but the delivery was still nearly 2 hours later at nearly 3am. Wild.
It was kinda crazy to see the app pizza “Tracker” showing “Gaven Prepping” the order for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Definitely my most crazy Domino’s experience, the Northwest Arkansas franchisees are completely different.

They made my pizza wrong called the location spoke to the manager who admitted he made the pizza and tried to say I was wrong but my emails stated what I ordered he apologized said he would send out a new pizza I waited 1 hour got nothing we are visiting from out of town. Do not order from this location.
