Ordered a Deep dish pizza . . . Giving them another chance after 2 other times receiving pizzas that were not good quality. We ordered deep dish with extra cheese. I checked the pizza at the counter and asked the server to look at it. I even picked up a piece to show the small amount of cheese that did not look like doable and was crammed in the center of the pizza. He said . . . “This is it, we measure it and can’t give you any more. Since this piece was already paid for I said OK I’ll order another pizza and pay for it and I would like three times as much cheese. He saiid, “It would look just the same as this one , we cannot put more than double cheese.” At that point, I said, “well there’s no need of ordering anything if you can’t do it even if I pay for it.” He said, “that’s right.” Never again will we go to Dominos Pizza in LIBERT, MO. near Conistor, and I will encourage ALL my friends not to go. Also Customer service was just as terrible as the pizza . . . I am at Pizza Hut right now ordering a deep dish pizza with three times as much cheese. Pizza Hut said, “we will give you whatever you request.” The first photo below is The two pizzas side-by-side. The middle pizza is Pizza Hut done right and the pizza on the far right is Dominos supposedly with extra cheese, but clearly even the one later that it has is thin. THANK YOU PIZZA HUT for great customer service AND pizza . . . DOMINOES, YOU ARE FIRED!!!

We ordered a few weeks ago and online our order went from in process to done in a few minutes. So I ran up there. Parked. And all the lights on the dining area were off, the open sign was off and it looked like they were closed. But there were employees in there so I knocked a few times. And not a single employee looked my way or acknowledged my knocking in any way. Just kept right on with their conversation. So I tried the door and it was open. I got my pizza. And the smell was noxious. My best guess was the olives were not good any more. What a waste of pizza. But also knew it was pointless to complain. Then someone else I know ordered pizza there 2 days ago and brought it to our house for the game. They ordered well in advanced and when they got there they had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. Domino’s was that far behind. But in the app their pizza was marked as done. Also the option to pay in store is always off. Why offer the option of you are never going to allow it to be used. This place a absolutely awful. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Recieved a different order – someone didn’t get their pizza – sandwiches had bacon on them very little sauce. The cheese bread was crazy greesy that the box was saturated.
Pizza asked to have one side with pineapple but it was on the who lot. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the one!
Family were sick the next day – great Christmas gift Domino’s

Stuck between 3 or 4 stars. The chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza was great, but the tots were a 1/10. They were just extremely disappointing. The inside was very clean and well kept, but there appeared to only be one worker (which seemed a bit weird).
I mostly went here to try the new loaded tots because they looked good on some other reviews. They were just bland overall.
I usually just go for the pizza and cheesy bread, so I think I’ll be sticking with those.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Called store after order had been delayed 10 plus minutes. Original employee stated issues existed with the tracker for domino’s and it had been at least a week of that…no indication to the customer that issues existed. Employee puts manager on who basically repeats the same thing but blames me as the customer for just not being patient to wait indefinitely for the order to arrive. Tried to get some sort of resolution for the delivery issues after repeatedly being told that the issue was with my patience and not the fact that they failed to let the customer know about any issues existing with inaccurate delivery times and expect them to just wait indefinitely for delivery. The manger proceeded to hang up on me when his name (Richard, name provided by other employee) was requested. Order arrived 30 plus mins after it suppose to. DRIVER WAS GREAT!

This is easily the worst dominoes I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been ordering from Dominoes for over 20 years, and after we moved to Kansas City we stopped ordering from the dominoes that delivers in our area, 118 Conistor StreetLiberty, MO. Their online ordering doesn’t work at ALL. You can only call, which takes twice as long. They do NOT answer their phone at the store, so feedback is impossible. Over the last 3 years I’ve ordered occasionally from here because I miss Dominoes, and over 50% of the time my order is wrong. So at what point is management going to actually make a positive improvement?

Pizzas’ were not made correctly, they couldn’t even cut the cheese pizza correctly they over cut it really bad. I had to have them remake one pizza it was so bad and we paid 53$!! For your crappy pizzas that in the end none of them were any good. What’s happening to your dominoes cause dang they are not good.

They made a mistake on my order, apologized and said they would make a new one, but then they called me a liar to my father’s face! So that’s fun! Very unprofessional. One of the workers was nice and refunded it the other one was very rude I was shocked hearing what she accused me of considering i literally paid for a pizza that they messed up on???

This Domino’s in Liberty doesn’t have people to work there. Literally they have ONE person ok n the store and he/she also has to do deliveries?
When you get there, the order is ready but the store is closed and the pizza is already cold.
Where the heck is the regional manager, the owner? Seriously you’re going to keep this happening? Shameful!

I ordered a 2-topping medium pizza well done and cut into squares (which I know throws people off), along with the pizza I got a order of Lava cakes. Well after getting done with a massage I was stoked for my order. But that was short lived, the Lava Cakes are burnt & you can even smell it. The pizza well I don’t know if it even went through the oven. Since it was closing time and I wanted to get home, I didn’t notice it till then. This was my first time ordering there or in fact a Dominos in the state of Missouri.
Honestly I just want my $$ back, after forcing down 2 pieces of the pizza. I feel sick to my stomach from the dough and uncooked bacon. I took one bite of Lava Cakes and shut the box. I tried calling the store to at least leave a message but wouldn’t let me. Hopefully someone from the store will call me later today. I had order number 135 & my phone number is on the receipt so you should have it.
