Ordered a pickup at 5 to be ready at six after my kids karate. I wanted to pay ahead of time but my $100 bill was no good there. I was told to get change at the liquor store (I have three kids with me). I said okay fine I’ll be back later to pay. Come back to one guy working alone. Long story short they lost my order all together and after waiting an additional 30 minutes, we left with no pizza. One star is too good of a review

Management changed in December. Initially I had a bad experience in September 2024 with ordering my pizza, getting texts that it was on its way and no one arriving. That ended with me going to the store to get the Luke warm pizza. I did get a call in December 2024 for my honest bad review then and they made it right by giving me the order today for free.
I did choose to go pick up the pizzas as carry out but they were well made and delicious. They did have 2 people in store and I saw two cars with dominos signs so it appears the issues have been resolved.
I’m willing to continue to order.

Placed an order and asked them to use a clean knife because there’s a meat allergy and they are obviously just unsanitary because they’re words were we can try. And the manager hung up on me because i said you cant even clean a knife?! Hire better workers who have better work ethic and will at least clean a pizza cutter for crying out loud. Ridiculous.

Went and got me and my wife pizza from dominos in Kearney yesterday, she bit into her Pizza crust and found this small blue plastic piece. Dominos wouldn’t give a refund and were acting suspicious the whole time, do better dominos!

Zack the manager is Amazing! The other employees are very kind!
There is No Reason the employees should not be wearing disposable gloves preparing the pizza!

All of these people whining about the pizza here are Karen’s for sure. Pizza is always great and the people are never rude to me. Maybe try not being so salty and be nice to the people making your food then you won’t have any issues.

I got an order of Mango Habanero Wings and a 2 liter of Coke. They brought me Diet Coke explaining they were out of Coke instead of calling and asking ifi wanted another option. Then the wings speak for themselves.(No to very little Sauce) The pizza was good and the way we ordered it. $6 delivery fee and a $10 tip the products and services didn’t line up.
