Stop by for a quick bite. For a $19 specialty Pizza, I expected it to be decent tasting. But it tasted dry and something about the ingredients tasted old. I ordered the pizza with five different toppings but as you can see there’s a lot of areas on the pizza with no toppings. I feel scammed. 1/10 would not recommend.

I ordered pizzas for a party. They didn’t put the garlic sauce on any of the crust. So I went through each pizza then the manager was gonna tell me that he saw some on it and if I wanted it he was going to charge me extra. He was very rude and had an attitude the whole time. poor customer service and of course they charge for packet of cheese and peppers.

I think it would be difficult to get an impression of great service with just going in picking up, and leaving. Every single person working tonight went above and beyond to leave a lasting impression of amazing customer service! I refuse to go to any other dominos! I’m so happy sugar creek messed up my order and had terrible customer service because I wouldn’t of ended up at this wonderful location! Ordered pizza for pick up. Got home was given the wrong pizza. Drove back to get the correct pizza. Was told I would have to wait 35 minutes to get my replacement as there were many pizzas ahead of me. They would deliver it so I wouldn’t have to wait and that will take 90 minutes.

I never understood why they call it Domino’s but I guess it’s because the pieces fall into place. Some people prefer their pizza served from a Hut, but Dominos gets it right in my opinion. The sandwiches here are always great. I like the open concept kitchen so you can watch the minions prepare the food.

My husband and I ordered 2 medium pizzas for future pickup, through the Domino’s app on a Monday at 4:45pm, to be picked up at 6pm. One was a hand tossed 1-topping pepperoni pizza, the other was a thin crust “ExtravaganZZa” specialty pizza, with no ham and added jalapeno topping. We got to the store at 6:02 and the food was ready, both pizzas were hot and fresh. There were about 10 employees working and they seemed to be efficiently running the kitchen and counter. The food order was affordable and a great value for the quality of pizzas we received. We will definitely use this Domino’s again in the future.

Pizza is usually not that bad but they frequently forget to bring dipping sauces that are ordered. Tonight I ordered Chicken Alfredo for the first time and it is DRY. Absolutely zero Alfredo on the pasta. I reported it on the dominos app and instead of receiving a refund I revived points towards a free pizza. This doesn’t fix the fact that I don’t have dinner to eat right now.

I haven’t had Domino’s in YEARS!!! We decided to give them another try after years of not eating it!!! I would say they definitely have gotten better!!! I had the cracker crust pizza with the garlic sauce!!! Spinach and mushrooms as my toppings!!! It tasted amazing!!! My nephew loved it as well as my other nephews fiance!!! My kids and my nephews chose to have cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and sausage pizza!!! They seemed to enjoy it!!! My husband chose to get the cracker crust chicken bacon ranch pizza!!! He loved it, and so did my eldest son!!!
The down point is waiting for the pizza!!! We ordered on the app and decided to do a curbside pickup!!! The app said 45-55 minutes!!! That wasn’t an issue!!! We left when we had 15 minutes left since we lived about 13 minutes away!!! We got there and proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes AFTER the 55 minute time was up!!! Total of 1 hour and 40 minutes!!! I don’t mind waiting for the food I ordered!!! But if the app gives me a time, I kind of expect to get it in that time frame!!! I could have done a few things at home before leaving for the food pick up!!!
Other than the additional 45-minute waiting time, food was delicious, looked amazing, and was exactly what we ordered!!!
