The food I ordered was 66% wrong. I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings that was correct but I ordered garlic parm bites and got cinnamon bites and also got an extra pizza with random toppings that I never ordered and wouldn’t have ordered. The service was great and atmosphere was fine but an online order just needs to be read and executed rather than whatever happened here. I also tipped. I would just have preferred to get what I ordered.

It was hot, fast, and easy to order. However, the pizza tasted cheap, which is exactly what Domino’s Pizza is I can’t say that I would go back, I prefer the higher quality pizza places but thought I would certainly give this a try. I didn’t expect much for a $10 deal. Since they are cheap, quick service, it deserves 5 stars. If I were rating on taste and quality, it would be lower but that’s not what Domino’s is about in my opinion if they’re only going to charge $10 when I had a 50% off coupon. So for anyone looking for a cheap meal, cheap pizza, with quick service, then this place is probably for you.

Came in to order a quick lunch to go because I haven’t had a Domino’s sub in years. The manager was there, took our order and made it all in about 10 mins. The sub wasn’t big, but it was good quality and enough for a small inexpensive lunch. My daughter had a pasta and she was satisfied with that. Not a bad deal, less than $20 for 2 people over lunch.

March 2023: Still ordering most of our pizzas from Dominos in GV. They are a little hit and miss but overall do a decent job. Their drive up window is a big plus for them. July 17, 2021: Just picked up our pizzas from GV Domino’s. They look delicious! GREAT JOB to the pizza making crew tonight! I was going to give you a tip but you made me wait too long at the drive up window. Especially since my pizzas were sitting there ready. Maybe next time. June 2021: Tried Domino’s again. It was much better this time. Hope they keep it up. February 2021: Our last two orders have not been very good. If our third try isn’t any better, we may need to find a new pizza place. Original post: They just opened and I didn’t know what I was missing. But now I think Domino’s is my pizza of choice. Their cheesy bread is absolutely delicious! I can’t get past their yummy BBQ chicken to try anything else. So glad Domino’s opened in Grain Valley!

Ordered several pizzas, my son went to pick them up plus wings, after 30 minutes my app said the order was complete as my son was still in line for the drive-through, So I called the store a gentleman told me that it was ready and I said well my son still in line in my app said complete
I was then told they gave it to a Kelly instead of my name.
I called back 40 minutes later he was still in line still not ready and the manager Tiffany was extremely rude!
My son was there over an hour behind one car
at their fault giving my order to the wrong person, Tiffany did not even apologize said she’s busy and he can wait in line as I said I’ve spoke to a gentleman he told me what happend, she hung up on me!

This location is the best. Normally they are super fast when we place deliveries. So I noticed that the tracker wasn’t moving so I just called to get an update or to see if they were just busy. They were super busy and low on drivers, so my food had not been cooked yet to avoid it being stale. Which I GREATLY appreciate!! The two men I spoke with were super helpful and honest. It was right before the holiday so I offered to change from a delivery to a pick up to help lighten the delivery load. I didn’t mind at all and I should have done so to begin with. They were so kind in allowing me to change my delivery method. The food was fresh and delicious! I just felt like even though they were super busy that they went above and beyond to offer amazing customer service. 10 out of 10 stars.

this was bad. we ordered it at like 12:00 am and didn’t come until 1:10. they took it to the wrong place and hung up on us when we tried to solve the problem and give them the right address. her name was tiffainie and she had some tone as if we weren’t paying her. joshua, our delivery driver, was great though, poor guy got sent to the wrong place. the food came looking dismembered and mangled and was lowkey cold. other than that, joshua was great.

It was hot and fresh. I had the 12 wings mango habanero flavor. With such a big order, I was really looking forward to dippin, but they did not include my dipping sauce. Boo! The chicken parmesan sandwich was good but couldn’t figure out why it was so darn greasy. The pizza was good. We’ll order again. Thanks for coming to Grain Valley, where we don’t have much, but we do have a domino’s that will deliver to our address now!
