The food here is pretty good, but this comes with the drawback of some rude customer service. The manager there was super rude to me and my friends for no reason and we ended up not getting our food that day because of it, would not recommend to the feint of heart

I have ordered from Domino’s for years and I’ve enjoyed their food! I moved to Sainte Genevieve from Cape Girardeau nearly four years! I live at Riverview at the Park Nursing Home and order pizza or pasta from them as a special treat! The person taking my order is always friendly and so are the delivery drivers!! Thank you for all you do!

First off, the driver was great, however… After waiting 54 minutes for our food, the driver didn’t have our whole order. She said she would go back and get the rest. Fast forward another 45 minutes and she brought the rest. 10 minutes after bedtime. We called to talk to the manager and he blew us off, said they are busy and only have one driver. Not my problem.

Honestly, the domino’s in Ste. Genevieve is garbage. Maybe not to some, but every time I order there’s always something wrong with my pizza whether it be made sloppy, not enough toppings, or the pizza wasn’t cut right. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I can tell you making a pizza is the simpliest thing. The only people who work there are young teenagers that wouldn’t know what actual work is. I don’t appreciate the manager being ignorant and rude to me because they barely put sauce on one of my pizzas. Not to mention I was told they weren’t going to remake my pizza because the manager had written my name down to not have pizzas remade because I “complained” too much.

Drivers are the only reason you didn’t get a 1star review… My last order I was sent a pizza with no cheese when I had ordered cheese. This time I got a salad that expired 3 days ago. Attached is a pic of the delivery date (3/7) on the sticker from the order and the expiration of the salad (3/4).

My experiences with Domino’s in Ste. Genevieve have been excellent. They have looked at me funny when I walk in cause I ordered on line. I’m in my late fifty’s and I guess they don’t expect that but the food is great the people are really nice and the orders are spot on. Keep up the good work!
