We ordered a deluxe pizza. What showed up was a pizza-like item that appeared to be just burnt crust and sauce. When I called them they stated “well that is how you ordered it, you didn’t select any toppings!” I told them that I didn’t think I would need to select any toppings for a deluxe pizza. They said that since I orders on DoorDash that I did. My father and I both had to explain that what is the point of ordering a deluxe without any toppings. They told us that we ordered it weird and it was not uncommon to receive weird orders so they made it like “we ordered”. They told us that it was DoorDash that had to issue the refund. It took a lot of explaining that it should be on them to refund us for them to actually do this. Kudos to DoorDash for rectifying the issue in a timely fashion and offering us an extra refund for time and trouble.

Delivery was super quick and the pizza was way better than I expected, so I had to leave a review. A lot of times I’ve ordered it’s been hit or miss lately, but this one was good enough that I had to take a picture and share. Thank you to the cook/maker that went above the standard!

This is by far the worst Pizza I’ve ever had in my 46 years old life. I paid for extra cheese, didn’t get it. Buffalo Chicken Pizza was literally drenched in hot sauce to the point that’s all you taste, like 3 pieces of chicken on the entire medium Pizza. Cheesy bread has barely any cheese. Mac & cheese had barely any cheese. And all of it looked like it was sitting in the warmer since yesterday! It was cold & terrible! I’m attaching pics so you all can see. I did call them & the guy who answered didn’t seem to care but they are remaking the order. I will update if the next round is any better. UPDATE! The second round was cooked fresh & way better however they didn’t replace the cheese bread or Mac & cheese. Thankful for the replacement but still will never order here again

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s store. I ordered a thin crust pizza without cheese, but what I received was an overbaked, burnt pizza with blackened edges—it looked and tasted terrible.
When I requested a remake, the staff said it would turn out the same even if they redid it. I spoke to the store manager hoping for a better response, but instead, he argued with me and insisted this was the expected result for a cheese-less thin crust pizza. Very unprofessional and dismissive.
Luckily, I had gone for store pickup—if this had been delivered, I would’ve thrown it straight into the dustbin. I didn’t want to argue further, so I requested a refund and left. Really poor customer service and attitude. Won’t be returning to this location.

Worst Dominos pizza store I’ve ever had to order from. I stopped ordering from them for more than a year because of how poor their quality of standard is and how poorly and lazily their pizzas are made. Decided to give them another try and I ordered a large Ultimate Pepperoni and this is what I get. Pieces with ZERO pepperoni, huge bubbles on every slice, most slices with zero cheese within an inch of the crust, and the crust bone dry with zero butter or whatever they drizzle on the crust. Seriously this has been a severe issue with this Dominos for years and I’ve had to have a replacement pizza like 4 of the last 6 times. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. The attached picture is this location’s rendition of an “Ultimate Pepperoni”. I don’t even want to see what a regular pepperoni pizza looks like

I have been ordering from this location for a while, ordering online is easy. I normally do carryout vs delivery because of how close it is. They are busy every time I’ve been into the store and sometimes only have a few people working. That isn’t there fault if people are impatient. It’s part of the food industry. I’ve had a few burnt pieces but my family likes extra crispy thin crust.

I ordered a takeout pizza and I went to pick it up. I paid and as he walked away I asked for a few red pepper and Parmesan PACKETS. The short hairy dude at the counter said “We sell them in “‘cups’ and they’re a $1.50 a piece.” Ok then…. I would have bought them if it wasn’t for the attitude and soulless, deadpan interaction. Didn’t even offer me my receipt. Won’t be back.

30 dollars for a med deluxe pizza and 8 piece wings is ok if the pizza was made with the extra toppings I requested. Nope just a plain pizza with very little toppings and no flavor. Wings are not worth the price when they are the size of a marble. Very disappointing

I would give 0 stars if possible. Our school has had a great relationship for the last 10 years in ordering pizzas to celebrate our seniors from this location, but this year, that is not the case. I called yesterday about the order, and after waiting, the staff member confirmed with the general manager that they could do our order with times and estimated the # of pizzas. The staff member told me to call back in the morning to give the final order. I called back today, and they told me the gm changed his mind, won’t put me in contact with him, and could not explain to me the change. I DO NOT recommend this location. Luckily, Little Caesars was very accommodating and happy to take our order.
