We typically have good service here, and the pizzas are usually prepared without any issues.
However, for A RECENT order, the cheese was significantly inconsistent (see pictures). I hope that will not become a new trend at this location.
ALSO….I often use the $7.99 carryout coupon. NOTE (screenshot attached) there’s an upcharge for Chicken. I haven’t found a way to determine this in advance, before going to the cart to check out. It would feel more transparent if they noted the upcharge before you finished an order and were ready to check out. It just felt sneaky.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a Pacific Veggie Pizza with extra jalapeño and pineapple toppings, but they only added pineapple and jalapeño and still charged full price. When we asked for hot peppers, the staff said they didn’t have any. Very disappointing experience — not what I expected from Domino’s. Ordered simple veggie pizza guess what, there are zero veggies it’s not a rocket science…

Just wanted to call to ask about the pizza having cheese and toppings on only half of it and the missing sauces we paid for. They seem to have switched out using ham when you order bacon, it is distinctly different!
You get a call center or an automated system on a death loop CONSTANTLY saying “Join piece of the pie rewards…” endlessly… There is no pause or music in between .. and I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes… No one is answering the phone… This is not how to deal with customers and certainly not the service I’m used to receiving from dominos in the slightest… We used to get a human being that actually worked at the store! Automation is supposed to improve business and flow, not hinder it and avoid the customer like the plague….

I rarely give places 1 stars, but the experience with this Domino’s really left something to be desired. The upsides, I ordered online and showed up 10 minutes later and my food was ready. The parking lot and inside looked relatively clean. The downside, the staff were forgetful, not very friendly, and not observant of food safety. I ordered 2 pizzas, one with garlic parmesan sauce and one with red sauce, 3 cheese bread, and 1 pepperoni bread. The red sauce pizza was fine. The cheese bread and garlic parmesan were cross contaminated with red sauce, the reason I bring up the cross contamination, is food safety related concerns, as a member of the household has a mild allergy to tomatoes, normally it’s best to mention allergies, however it’s mild and almost never an issue, so I didn’t bring it up on the order, as most food places are responsible enough about cross contamination and food safety, that it doesn’t usually warrant mentioning said allergy. In this case, the tomato sauce was on almost every slice of pizza and in every slice of cheese bread. The employees were also observed opening doors and handling money with gloves on and not changing their gloves between going back and forth between food preparation. The kicker was, they forgot one of my cheese breads. I noticed after getting home, normally I would return to get said food item and politely ask for new items, however after my observations and experience, I won’t be returning to this Domino’s.

Gave this location another shot tonight, uncooked pizza, little to no “extra” toppings, falling apart and bad taste, I’m currently preheating the oven to recook the pizza since I know going to the store is a lost cause. Steer clear of this place.

Tried to order for delivery online but the app couldn’t process a payment with a gift card. So, had to call the store as prompted and was also informed they couldn’t take a gift card over the phone…said the system would only allow a scan, not to enter numbers. Hard to believe that the only way to use a GC is in person at the store? Anyway, ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks- which didn’t even come with the dipping icing. Definitely believe it’s supposed to, or I at least should have been prompted to purchase while talking with an employee. Super disappointed.

The two gentlemen working in there when I went to pick up, the pizzas were very friendly and courteous. The store is very clean and even has some dine in seating. Pizza was fantastic also.

Taste was good.. pizza arrived falling apart, folded over itself. Could NOT pick up a piece without it completely falling apart before getting it on the plate. So low quality for dominos it was extremely disappointing. If you could make it to ur mouth it was like red pepper seasoning in one area and cheese in the other. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times and it’s usually good. But this time I don’t know what happened. The pizza is overcooked, there’s no seasoning on the crust, and none of the toppings that I ordered were on the pizza. I’ve been avoiding one of the O’Fallon locations because they consistently have similar issues, and now I’m worried this is starting to happen at other locations.

Yikes. Just picked up our carry out pizza. Picture is the person taking our pizza out of the oven. Isn’t there a health code violation here. Not only was his hair not pulled back, but his hair was flying everywhere.
