I bought a pan pizza and cheesy bread that came with a dipping cup. They charged me for a garlic dipping cup that I didn’t get with my pizza and I didn’t get a marinara with my cheesy bread which was supposed to be included. When I called back they wanted me to come back and get it after I made it home. My pizza would be cold at that point so no point right? Send me a refund. They said they don’t refund for that. Worst customer service I do not recommend this location.

We ordered two 12” pizzas at 1:00PM and told it was going to be ready at 1:17. The delivery driver left at 1:19 and reached us at 1:45. Our address is 6 minutes away from this location.
One of our pizzas was dry, ridiculously small, extremely thin and appeared old compared to the second pizza. It wasn’t even hot. We called the store and asked to speak to the manager where the employee said “he’s on vacation” then hung up on us.

Thank you for being open. The service was quick. The guy making the pizzas is a great worker. I watched him keep things running very smooth in the kitchen and both him and the lady worked together as a team. Food was on point. From order to finish was about 20 minutes.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this location. I ordered the viral TikTok pizza, which comes on a pan crust. The toppings do not go to the edge, there was little toppings and the bacon was burnt. Before I picked it up, I was asked to take a survey. How can I answer the question before I get what I ordered? Now that I have the pizza, the survey is nowhere to be found.

I always try and say maybe I caught them on a bad day. I’ve learned my lesson this Domino’s is TRASH after three attempts of either dry or put it in the oven pizza. Honestly, I was so mad, they let someone who’s pizza was not ready hold up the drive thru line. I went inside and checked this out, pizza ready right, cool. My lil refrigerator salad took a lil time to wall to the fridge to get, I guess it spoiled during the wait!!!!!! I am beyond urked!!!!
