I ordered and paid online. The ordering process was quick and easy. I received an email confirmation that gave me the ability to track the progress of my order. I received notification that my order was ready and picked it up. The inside was closed, though I wasn’t aware until I got there; I had to pick use the drive-thru for pickup. My order was hot, fresh, and accurate! The lady at the window was friendly enough. I was apprehensive about this location; however, I was pleasantly surprised!

By for the worst Domino’s ever. Do not order from there. From the quality of the food to the rude workers was unbelievable. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place. Just go get a frozen pizza. We order 2 different types of knots and they look like gingerbread cookies. They were hard and un edible. The pizza we order look amazing but wasn’t done and we have to finish cooking it. After looking at it closer the pizza was wasn’t even all the way on the crust. Once we called about the order the manager was rude and told us that it would take 2 hours to get a new order when it didn’t take 2 hours for us to get the 1st order. After we told him we would just like a refund he was so rude. Told us he would just credit the account, we told him that’s not what we wanted and just credit our card back for the knots, he then got very loud with us and said ill just refund the whole thing. So we asked for confirmation number for the refund he then got loud with us again and told us that he couldn’t give us that and we would have to wait til Monday for the refund to clear.

I am mad that I had to give them a one they don’t deserve that one star. I am so darn frustrated bought two pasta primavera and two spicy pineapple jalapeños chicken boneless chicken. The pasta literally had maybe six pieces of spinach each and one had two mushrooms and the other had one very small one. Ordered at 7:17pm it’s now 10pm and my order is just now being delivered and the driver calls me to pickup my order at the front door of my apartment complex saying that they do not deliver to the inside of the apartment building this was not explained to me when I placed the order nor the 3 times I called about my order. My pizza is warm and not fresh and no one called me to say anything about when my pizza would be delivered I spent $42.59 this is unacceptable

Took over 2 1/2 hours to get delivered, was cold. Ordered through the app, shiw quality check at 7 and didn’t get it until after 9. Called the store and was on hold for over 30 min with no answer. The delivery driver did apologize, I can’t bring myself to blame the driver if the store won’t even answer their phone.
