I ordered pizza, garlic bread and 2 ranches, the delivery guy knocked the door and gave me only the pizza and garlic bread I asked about ranches he said they are inside the box I opened there was nothing then he went to his car brought me only one think what he brought me expired ranch, I will never order from Dominos ever and you guys should be ready because I will report this to the health department too.

I’ve ordered Domino’s pizza all across the United States of America. The University City location here in Missouri is the best of the best. Every time I use the app rather it is day or night, holiday or no holiday they seem to get my product I ordered to me in under 15 minutes which is insane to me. Every time I place my order with this particular location it is always extremely hot as if the pulled it straight from the oven at my doorstep. This location is the best I ever had out of the many locations I ordered from all around the United States of America.

Used to order from this store, at first it was good then the app was not working. So I called the store to place an order, if they are busy tell ‘we are busy’ or some reason instead putting me on hold for 15 mins only to be disconnected. This has happened multiple times. Never ordering from domino’s anymore

I ordered an Philly cheese pizza and I called back and spoke with the manager Veronica, she was the worst ever, told me she made my pizza personally and it was perfect, I wish I could put a picture of the pizza up but it was the qoeat pizza I have ever seen I would never order from this dumbinoes (dominoes) wver again!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was no place to insert when I wanted to pick up my pizza. Desired for a later time. So I put it in the name section.. They made it asap and it sat for 3 hours. Wouldn’t remake it for me . But they did put it back n the oven to heat it up at least.

Placed order at 5:56pm for 3 pizzas was told pizzas would be ready in 35min. Showed up in 45mins. Its now 7:50pm still no pizzas. Worst order this year. Would not recommend.

Ordered food but it never arrived. Had to call after told there was a delay and then called again and spoke with the driver and stated he dropped off my order which he did not. Then proceeded to argue that he did, asked what the house looked like and he said it was a white house and 3rd by stop sign. Which is in correct. Then continued to talk over me and I asked to speak with a manager. Then placed a person who said that she had to continue to place me on hold and that she was too busy making pizzas. This is terrible customer service, just be aware that this is not a place of business. Then after 20 minutes on hold Veronica Manager got on the phone and I asked for my money back and she stated that they dropped it off at correct address. Asked the driver if a woman answered the door and he stated that there was and I asked for race of person and stated black and I’m hispanic. so he dropped the order incorrectly. Will file a former complaint
