If you want a pizza from here, better order it 3 hours ahead of time and it might be ready by the time you want it. I have had 2 orders “cancelled”(not by me) at this location, only got the refund for one. And delivery/pickup doesn’t matter, it’s going to be a while before your pizza is ready. Don’t know what happened because this location used to be really good.

Delivery took almost 2 hours and items were missing. Pizza was way overcooked. No sauce and very little meat and cheese. Another time I ordered and paid only for them to wait over 2 hours and they cancelled the order and kept my money. Never again. Horrible horrible horrible.

They need to fix there tracking info. I waited till the estimated time to pick up my pizza , and they told me it still had 40 minutes. Disappointed.. if they started making it at 6:08 like it says then why would it take over an hour and a half?

Ordered our 3 pizzas at 4:30 to pick up at 6:30. I went to pick them up and saw my name on the board they were ready for pickup. They told me several times they were coming. THEY NEVER MADE THEM! It was complete chaos in there. They had no idea what was going on. Other customers were waiting not knowing if their pizzas were coming out. Won’t ever go back!

Un real that this same store I continue to give a shot… burnt dried out pizza… and most amazing to me.. They must use a butter knife to cut their pizza.. Un real such a lazy effort.. Pizza was overdone and the staff when I called in were supper unprofessional. I said that the pizza they sent me was over cooked and instead of just asking to make it right. They offered me credit on extra cheese. I was of course still upset but knew the woman I talked to was just doing as advised by management. She then of course was like well is there anything else I can help with and I said no. She then before I even had the chance to hang up responded yeah I thought so. If you are that unhappy with your job, get a new one. Ok once again you can poke the top of this pizza and it just crunches, no softness to the cheese at all. Edges burnt, bacon tips burnt, and bottom burnt. ♀️ I even had to call back and tell the manager maybe next time one of your staff wants to be rude at least wait till the customer hangs up. I will never buy pizza from this location.
