This location is just not good, bordering on awful. I’m not sure if there’s a management issue or something, but ordering delivery at this dominos deserves zero stars. The tracker will tell you your order has been prepared and is being checked by an employee, and then another hour (or longer) will go by before they even leave the store. Why charge a $5 delivery fee for a service that takes twice as long than if customers came and picked up their food AND drove back home? It’s great that dominos is open late and offers different menu items besides pizza, but this location is a nightmare and makes it hard to justify ordering from them.

I ordered a double everything pepperoni, bacon, onion and cheese. Looks exactly like the regular order no double. Only saving grace is it was in 10 mins.
Wife’s chicken bbq tastes off. Like ingredients have soured. Bbq sauce wasn’t consistent.

Lied and said they delivered my food at the door. Nothing ever got delivered here. When I asked to talk to the driver and maybe figure out where he left it “Pam” wouldn’t put him on the phone. Never even said sorry. I truly believe they never even planned on delivering my food cause there was no concern at all on their part and didn’t want to redeliver do to closing soon. Worse experience ever!!!

Tonight I waited 2 and a half hours for my delivery order before I went to the store to pick it up myself. While waiting 2 and a half hours, I tried to call the store multiple times but nobody answered the phone. I noticed on the app that my order had been sitting at the “quality check” status for 55 minutes. I decided I would go to the store and pick it up. Upon entering the store, my order was sitting on a rack waiting for someone to deliver. It had been sitting for an hour. I asked the employee to remake my order as it was no longer fresh. The employee pointed to the manager and said “you’ll need to talk to that guy”. The manager told me he would refund me or I could take my pizza and leave. I questioned him, you really won’t remake my order after I waited 2 and a half hours and my order has been sitting here for an hour? No. No, he would not. He was very clear that the last thing he was going to do was remake a pizza when he had other orders.
The managers name is Tate, he happily spelled his name for me so I could reach out to customer support. While I was waiting for someone to process my refund, he walked around cussing about the orders he was getting. All employees stood there silent and watching. It was clear this is not the first time this has happened.
I am completely shocked by this experience and the actions of the store manager.

I called because i was trying to feed my family for helping me pack up my apartment, and when my card didnt go through despite me having the money available, I asked for the order to be cancelled and they just hung up on me. They seemed very passive aggressive when they spoke to me and I do not appreciate being treated that way. I used to work for a pizza place and we never treated our customers with that kind of hostility.

Thoroughly done with this Dominos. It’s a shame because we love the pizza that Dominos makes but it’s simply not worth it here. You wait hours. The manager is ALWAYS a jerk. Ever when he says he’s going to refund you… he doesn’t. Im to the point where tonight’s “ready in 15 minutes” order has been sitting on the “quality check” for over half an hour. Call the store and the answer is ALWAYS that it just left. Even if you’ve called multiple times… same answer. These people don’t care and their manager seems to be the source of the problem.
This is our third time having to call corporate and it’s just simply not worth the drama.

I’m sure this place isn’t bad all the time, but todays experience was garbage. I had ordered a pizza only to receive half of it with a box of cinnamon bread with the condiments already opened…the worst part in my opinion is I had also spoken with the staff members working prior to my order being completed. The manager herself hand delivered to me the boxes in the image. Then after finding out and going to address the issue, the manager would only play dumb and smirk at me, before deciding to remake the order. I decided to wait, while waiting I then notice the staff member not wearing gloves, grabbing my toppings with her bare hands. (I’d prefer a person wear gloves to grab the toppings) She turned out very helpful, much more than the manager. I’m sure it can’t be like this all the time but a bad first experience to one of my nearest dominos.

I wish I could give zero stars because this store is the worst. Back in mid June I ordered two pizzas for delivery. 2 hours later and still nothing, but 2 starving children. I called them and nobody answered. Irate I went up there to discover a bunch of youths standing around doing absolutely nothing while the phone rang off the hook. I screamed at them for their incompetence and they acted like they could care less. The guy gave me someone else’s order, but I didn’t realize it until I got all the way home. One pizza had mushrooms which my daughter is highly allergic to. I was on my way to return it and give them an earful, but I received a text saying my order was on the way. I turned around and dropped off the incorrect order to my lovely neighbors who are college kids. My delivery driver never actually showed up. Even madder still, I contacted customer care for a refund and they sent my message to the store manager who has NEVER contacted me, apologized or even refunded me. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS EVER AGAIN.

The website said 35-45 minutes. I called the branch after an hour and was told my order was in the oven and I’d have it shortly. Called 25 minutes later and was told my order was next in line to be made. I asked for a manager and was hung up on. I understand this place gets busy but the website should reflect accurate turn times and the workers shouldn’t lie and/or hang up to appease the phone call. Horrible way to conduct business.
