Used to order from here all the time. Never again. Tried to order a brooklyn pizza online last night. There is no option online to add extra provolone even though that’s a standard topping on the brooklyn. We don’t like the low quality regular cheese they use so we do this all the time and pay the difference. Normally we call and they either ring it up and charge the extra by phone or tell us to add extra cheddar online and they sub in provolone. Either way they make sure we get what we want. We’ve been ordering it this way for 5 years and we weren’t asking for anything free, we were trying to pay for it. Not sure who decided that derek is management material but they’ve made a huge mistake. He was rude from the second he got on the phone. Flat out told me that there was no way that he was going to accommodate our order and if there was no option to select it online we would not be able to get it added. We were very polite and there was no reason for his aggressive approach. We’ve have had a great relationship with the management of this restaurant in the past and know some of the team by name. There was no reason for him to be so rude. I was really surprised at his refusal to sell us extra cheese. If we’re going to spend money on pizza we feel it’s reasonable to get what we like. I asked for the phone number to the corporate office ( At that point I wasn’t planning to complain about him but wanted to ask them to add the option for extra provolone to the website) and he claims he doesn’t know it. Told me to find it myself. I told him there was no reason to be rude and he smugly said he thought he handled the call well. At that point I saw it was pointless to continue the call, told him so and hung up. I understand it’s been hard for restaurants to find employees lately but they must be scraping the very bottom of the barrel. We just wanted to order a pizza without some incel giving us attitude. I deleted my $39 order. Upper management may want to look into the fact that derek seems to have memory issues and no clear understanding of who he works for. He also seems a bit hostile and may benefit from a psych eval and a customer service class. Maybe a customer facing management position wasn’t such a good idea. It worked out great for us though we ended up finding an amazing authentic Italian pizza place nearby that delivers and uses a much higher quality cheese and crust. It was the best pizza we’ve had in ages.

Did an online order. Pulled into the drive thru window. The workers stood there and looked at me for over 10 mins. A worker even stated was anyone going to go to the window because I was sitting for so long. I had to go in and grab my order. I will never order from this location again.

Do not tip online only tip cash because the driver will toss your food on your dirty porch. Tip cash and they will hand you the food. During the Corona lie they handed me the food every time. Now they are supposed to hand you the food and they don’t. They think a free pizza will shut you up but they will make even that wrong. This place is a joke and the managers must be stonies who don’t care about customer satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration.
