My office placed a huge order! I took the order to the location on Thursday for a noon Monday delivery. Chelsea, Zack & the delivery driver were AWESOME! Everything was right. Delivered at Noon on Monday as requested! Our order was multiple things over $400.00.

updated.. I ordered pizza on 12-15 and it was so good!! Pizza was hot, plenty of toppings and the delivery driver was extremely sweet too!! I even called the manager to let the workers know that they are doing an awesome job tonight… he was super excited to let them know haha!!

The Dominoes near us on Lemay is awful so we drive over to this location. Have always had great experience here. They’ve only ever made one mistake Which is understandable for any restaurant that processes a high volume of orders and the management took care of it right away. We just tried their $10 pizza special and are pleasantly surprised at how good it is. All the employees are really friendly too. This location isby farthe vest in the area. It’s our go-to late night pizza place.

I ordered online at 6:28pm, my email said 35-45 mins for delivery so I kept going on the app to see how the pizza tracking was going and at 6:55pm my order was be quality check and than again every 5 mins until 7:48pm. At 7:55pm my food was finally delivered cold and looked questionable. After calling the store the 1st time and finding out a answering service answers the phone and then being transferred to the store and after been on hold about 7 mins I was hung up on after asking for a supervisor. After calling back again and transferred again I finally spoke to a supervisor and he didn’t even apologize or explain why my food was not good or why it took so long. He just offered a refund which I did receive. I wanted hot fresh food instead of a refund which I asked for before a refund.

Cheating corporate prep times just like Mcdonalds Drivethru. No way my order was recieved, prepped and put in the oven within 1 minute. My last order said completed and when I walked in thinking I was 5 min late, it was just being pulled from the oven. Somebodys repeatedly cheating your numbers. Its annoying from a customer perspective when I live a few blocks away amd coordinate my arrival with the online timer. What the hell?

This place has absolutely went down hill. They took 15 minutes to even come to the window and then asked me to pull around saying they hadn’t had a chance to start my pizza. But the app had said my pizzas were done for like 25 min at this point. Horrible customer service from who I can only assume was the manager that came to the window. I was polite as I know things happen but this happens too much at this location especially when that certain manager is there. Unacceptable for a place of business. Plus the quality of food has went down hill always inconsistent and wrong. I use to frequent this place but not anymore.
