Cannot comment on food since we never got it. Ordered via online portal so cannot comment on atmosphere. Their app is not inline with reality. Cannot get ahold of a person since everything is automated. I understand staffing issues in this day of age therefore, throttle your online order intake if you do not have the physical infrastructure to deliver.

Store # 1510….This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. First of all the pizzas were ordered ahead at 8:00 am. Delivery was set for 12:00 pm for our lunch at my work. The pizzas did not arrive until 1:15 pm. When I called and asked about the order, the gentleman at the store said that we just needed to give the driver more time. By this time it was 45 minutes AFTER the pizzas were scheduled to be delivered. When they did finally arrive, I received not a word from the driver about being sorry about the delay and when I asked him about it he said that it was not his problem he was just the driver. I told them if the pizzas were cold I was sending them back and he said that he would not take them back and walked out of my office. The 1 star I gave was hella generous. We will never order from this Domino’s again

Given them way too many chances. Cole pizza. Missing items – forgot 2 drinks, Caesar salad, and dipping sauce. This store has no accountability, they refuse to issue refunds for inedible food. Please stay far away. Incompetent at all levels.

Delivery people are typically nice, it’s just that I think Dom’s just changed their recipe again and it’s like cardboard now (very, very poor quality) and also missing ordered items
Edit: they also removed all the red from their pizza box, so clearly major cost cutting going on, just a shame it’s the food, too. Unrelated to this post, Dom’s gave me a free pizza and I’m not even sure I’m going to use it because I really don’t want to eat more of this even if it were to be free

It’s been over two hours and still no food. Not to mention, when we called they just said “it’s on its way.” No major event or rationale of why a pizza should take this long or at the very least the people working being so flippant about it. I understand if you don’t like your job, but at this point, I could have driven to Columbia, MO to get a pizza as carry-out for the amount of time this has taken. PLUS ITS JUST CHEESE, they didn’t even have to get fancy about it. If you have time on your hands, then go here. If you want to eat within the same night as ordering, I’d recommend a different place.

First and foremost, this Dominoes needs to change their hours to 11:15am. They will answer and hang up on you before this time even though they open at 10:30am. I have a fundraiser card and could not pre-order online. When someone finally answered, they had trouble with the order, but we got through it. I gave him my address & phone number 3x, confirmed the address again, paid and waited for the pizzas. After an hour, the pizza still hadn’t arrived, I called and they told me that they were glad I called. The pizzas were there with no name or address for delivery. The guy took payment but nothing else. After almost 2 hours, the pizzas were delivered by someone who didn’t even work there. She was awesome! And even though they were super late, they were delicious. Do better, Domino’s!!!

On May 17th I had the worst delivery experience of my life. 45 minutes after the order was placed, and 10 minutes after the end of the estimated delivery window, I called this store to find out what was going on. We were getting pizzas for my nephews birthday party, and only had 2 hours with the room we rented. The store never answered, the phone rang for a solid 3 minutes before I gave up. A friend walked to the location to speak to someone about the missing order, she waited a long time before anyone showed up at the counter. At first the order couldn’t be found, then a minute later she said it still need to be started but she found it, then a minute later she said the delivery driver was out with it already. Fine, confusing but at least it was on the way. A few minutes later the driver called me and complained she was having trouble finding the address and asked if I could come outside. She was stopped in the middle of traffic holding people up and thought it was more important to harass me over a suite number that she didn’t understand how to read rather than to give me my food and clear the road. Abysmal. And now I have spoken to the local management or owner and all they can offer is more food from the same location. All I wanted was some refund for not only a terrible service but for an order that took 3x longer to complete than the original estimate in a situation where I had only a certain amount of time to do food. And two of the pizzas weren’t even cut…So I don’t care about the refund anymore, but know what you’re getting into with this location and this company.
