This was the first time I received bad food. The pizza was hot but the crust was burnt and the toppings were scant. I went inside to pickup my food and it was not ready within the time given when ordered online. It was another twenty minutes before the pizzas were ready. I arrived at store about 35 40 minuses after ordering.
I was told “there are no orders yet” – employee’s explanation was incoherent,, said it would be 30 to 40 minutes.
I told him to cancel the order – we will see if that is done correct.
Received confirmation email of order cancellation but will have to wait to see if the price is refunded.

I am a highschool teacher and order almost 20 pizzas for a performance rehearsal. I called 4-5 days ahead and they were super professional, quick and TIMELY. Delivery was scheduled for 5pm and they arrived at 4:50pm with hot and fresh pizzas. The order was EXACT and PERFECT. Very happy. Students were happy, parents were happy, I was ecstatic!! Will always love doing business with them

Called in a carry out order at 11:36 PM. Couple medium thin crust pizzas. They close at midnight, seemed like no issues on the phone. I paid over the phone they said 10 minutes. My gf went there to pick it up. They had no record of the order. I called the right store and right number, we live across the street. She was there in 10 minutes. I called back they said the order had just went through but they are now closing. What a joke. The lady on the phone even waited for the card to go through when I paid.

The absolute worst business ever! Call center that they have taking orders is always having challenges and claiming orders can’t go through as of late. Then got transferred to the actual store only to be told they don’t deliver at my address. I order pizza from here like once a week for delivery, and now all of a sudden, they don’t deliver to my address. The staff there don’t have a clue. It’s horrible.
