Very disappointed. Is this what you call extra black olives? That’s the only thing I order on my pizzas. And ik I specified extra whilst ordering online. This order was for Mon Dec 15 2025 at around 5:30p. But props to delivery driver Chris, he said they forgot to include my pop in the delivery bag when he delivered my pizza, he went back to the store and made a second trip to get me my pop. I really appreciated that. Not happy abt the lack of toppings on my pizza though

If I could give 0 stars, rdered their medium 2 topping pizzas for $6.99 each, paid for pan dough on one and got an uncooked or old dough, nearly thin crust pizza. Brought it back to the store and the manager just kept repeating “that’s just how our pan is”, then ignored me to help the customer behind me. After he’s done helping that customer, he tells me I can order it again to get it fixed, then just walks away. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location and I’ll never be back

Totally an awful experience. My address is 40 N Kingshighway Blvd and they delivered to 18 S Kingshighway without checking and just left there. After several phone calls they even refused to answer my phone call. Finally I went to the store to asked what’s going on and finally figured out by myself they delivered to the wrong address (the guy still refused to apologize and kept saying he was right) and then got the pizza (cold) in the wrong address by myself which had been two hours later with a ruined party….Sincerely suggest to order from other options. The store closes at 12am and I placed an order at 11pm. I arrived at 11:15 and the door was locked. I called and was told by the associate to cancel my order because the system is down. I don’t understand how the system is down and I can see people still making pizzas. If you don’t want to be open past 11pm then change the hours of operations.

If you don’t have the supplies to make my pizza then at least tell me that. When your tracker says that you’re making my pizza I believe that that is happening. When no pizza ever shows up and I have to call and you tell me that you don’t even have the supplies to make it, that’s frustrating.

Worst location ever. We always order on the app and whether we order ASAP or order ahead, they dont start making it until we come to pick it up. Once we come to pick it up they mark it ready in the app, yet we are still waiting.

employees are extremely rude and disgusting, refusing to wash hands or wear gloves. do not order on the app or they will refuse to make your order and refuse to refund you. this location deserves to close and all the employees need to be fired tbh. i will never eat dominos again because of my experience with this one particular location.

This my last time ordering from this location. Delivery driver rude and didn’t deserve a tip. Then yall give me a pizza look like somebody stole a slice then cut one in half and made them real small. Never again. I’ll take the 30 minute drive to north county on Lewis and Clark for the best dominos pizza on Saint Louis. Yall suck at this location.
