Today was a very good visit to this Domino’s Pizza restaurant! I usually order online, and then I drive to pick up the order. This location has improved it’s service and quality over the past months. I’m happy to order from here now in 2022. That’s important because in the past this was a bad location, and was barely functional. Currently carside delivery (at the store), and store pickup were the options today. Because.. staffing drivers is real thing. Today I was pleasantly helped by Marcus and Terrell tonight. Good communication. They made the pizza perfectly, hot fresh and with plenty of toppings. Gentlemen Thank You, and God Bless you, for great customer service and healthy, fresh, delicious food. I will return in the near future.

The service is Horrible, the meal wasn’t received, the price could have been better, the order was NOT RECEIVED after 3 hours. The call was not answered after multiple tries. Never received the the delivery. I ordered 3 pizzas & called after 1.5 hours someone answered and told me they dont have any delivery drivers and hung up. When I called back the automated system told me 50-64 minutes. I would encourage leadership to look into this very rude/ horrible service!! Im sure the loss of business is from RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!

Never answers the phone. Ordered delivery at 3:15 pm 1 hour went by and the app said it was delivered and complete but no one came so I called and she said “I don’t know why it’s saying that but your food is still here, I have a driver that just pulled up your order finna be on the way” Another hour goes by still no show so I tried to call back to cancel and get a refund and now they don’t want to answer the phone. It’s now the end of day still no one has answered the phone and no one delivered the pizza.

I ordered online at 7pm food didn’t come till 10pm. Called and called then answered said short on delivery drivers. So when the food did come the box looked old it was cold & greasey not only that what I ordered was thru in the box didn’t have all the right things. Won’t be ordering from Dominos pizza EVER again there’s too many other pizza places that give amazing service. It’s really unfortunate that this one location with the rudest employees has caused this corporation to lose a customer. Waited over an hour for cheese pizza. The tracker was a joke when if someone finally answered this call at the store they kept hanging up the phone. I would encourage leadership to look at how this business is being handled, cause I’m pretty sure it’s showing in the numbers in the loss of customers

Never ever order online from them, especially in urgent times. Today, they did not deliver my order. I waited 3 hours. Neither they receive my call or let me cancel my order. And they have cancelled order after half an hour multiple times previously as well. One time their delivery person called me, I went down and he told me he forgot my order, and come back. But he said to Uber Eats that it was deliver and I had to reach help, and wait 45 more minutes to get my order. Avoid this shop by all means.

Thus has to the worst Dominoes in the country. If you’re in a hurry, well you’re screwed. I’ve sat in the pick up window line AT THE PICKUP WINDOW for over 15 minutes while I watch the employees joke around with each other. It would be different if it only happened once or twice but nah. EVERY SINGLE TIME i go through the pickup window I sit there for no less than 10 minutes. It’s fricken ridiculous!!!!!!

We ordered a cheese pizza. Our delivery was supposed to arrive around 12:27 and didn’t arrive till about a half hour later. They gave us a pizza with bacon and pepperoni and we didn’t get the sauces we payed for either. The man on the phone was very kind and offered to pay for our pizza but overall we had a very bad experience.

I ordered food at 2:19 PM. I was told by the manager that answered the phone that it had left the store and would be here in 20 minutes (this is after it had been prematurely marked as complete and calling several times). I finally called at 4:12 to cancel the order and found out it had NOT left the store and when I called her out on this her response was “we only have 1 driver sir”. So having 1 driver means you lie to customers who have been waiting over an hour about their pizza getting delivered? Do better!

My five stars is for management and how they corrected my order. My original order was trash. I ordered a pan and hand tossed pizza, buffalo wings and salad. I received two cold pizzas, the pan was doughy hand tossed and my hand tossed was hard flatbread with pie and square cuts. The wings were undercooked and lacking sauce. However the corrected pizzas were hot and cooked perfectly as the right pizza. They replaced my wings which now has visible sauce and cooked through. I appreciate the customer service I received when I voiced my complaint. Due to new management that exemplified professionalism and concern for a paying customer.
