I ordered hot wings but what I got was wings with a dab of hot. There was basically no sauce. I have been to many dominoes that give good quality wings with amazing amounts of sauce. But what is this and they tasted horrible. If I could put less then a star I would.

The pizza was delicious and made exactly as ordered, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, my order (placed through the app) was already ready, but no one was at the register to assist. Me and a few other customers stood there for quite a while without even being greeted. I eventually had to speak up and let someone know that we hadn’t been helped or acknowledged. There were several employees working, but no one came over. When I mentioned this to the man who I believe was the manager, instead of helping us himself, he just said he’d get someone. The food was good, but the service was disappointing. I’d probably give them another chance because the pizza itself was great.

Don’t bother with this location. Either the food was delivered to the wrong house or “misplaced”. The order was due to arrive around 6:30pm. Driver pulls in my driveway. Proceeds to call me and says my order wasn’t in the delivery bag. (Not sure why you wouldnt check before you leave the store? Sounds like an SOP problem.) She proceeds to tell me it’ll be roughly 14 minutes. 30 minutes go by. My fiancee calls the store. We proceed to get put on hold for another 15. I drive up to the store to pick up our order and it wasn’t there. I just cancled the order. At this point over an hour had passed. Phones aren’t ringing off the hook in the store. Im unsure why we were on hold for so long.

I ordered the pan. They did NOT put the sauce and cheese to the edge and pressed the dough into the pan CREATING a dry compressed edge, dryer then hand tossed crust. I ordered 2 servings of pepperoni and it didn’t look like there was extra. They also put cheese up top of my pepperoni. The dough was also thinner under the pizza I don’t know if it’s because of the crust or if the wrong size dough was used. There was also hair in my food. I’m surprised the shift lead still boxed and gave this to me. If I wanted crust I would’ve ordered hand tossed. I’m not sure if a new person made it because this is not normal

This was considered perfect pizza at nearly $100 and the only pizza that was in good shape was the one that cost me extra money. They said they refused to do anything about it and to call corporate if I wanted to complain. This was for my daughter’s birthday party. I would give a zero star if I could.

If you’re going to get delivery, it’s a hit or miss. Their driver Steven apparently marks delivered before it’s delivered “to let people know it’s on the way” but the tracker has a marker that says the driver is on their way, so why is this crucial?
Anyway, I tried to call when we waited a few mins from it saying delivered and no food. Thought maybe it went elsewhere. I live 6 mins from the store so while I was already on hold on the phone for 2 mins, I drove there. Got there with 8 minutes on hold, and another 2 minutes transpired so total time on hold was 10 minutes. In those 2 minutes inside the store, I see that their phone is NOT ringing and as I show them I tried calling and the issue, the woman takes the phone and puts it back on the dock for it so that it may ring again and calls will actually go through.
I get it if you’re busy, but literally leaving the phone off the hook with this kind of delivery system in place is not ideal. If she wouldn’t have had the phone off the hook so calls would never go through, then I would’ve never showed up, never complained, never outed the delivery system, and just stayed at home and waited.
They offered a 2 liter for my troubles and honestly I declined it cause we don’t need it, what I need is an expectation to have your phones at the ready or staff more people to take the calls and handle the register. Jeez.

This is our second and last time using this location. The first time, the delivery was 20 minutes late. This time, I made sure to place the order early in the morning and it was almost a full hour late with no apology or explanation. The order was accurate which is why it’s 2 stars and not 1.

I tried this the right way. Called the store and reported this issue, now Im going here. I called the store I ordered from and told them the problem with my order, the person on the phone says they were a manager but then changed it to they were just the manager of the drivers and couldn’t help then proceeded to give me a phone number to a customer service who has a full voicemail and won’t pick up the line. I am beyond frustrated because I never call and complain even when you all take over 2 hours to bring my order. I spent alot of money with you and to just brushed off and speak to supposed manager only say “it aint they fault”. That just did it for me. Not about getting nothing free I just spent the money so obviously I have it, its not that good to be lying for anything there. They should have remade my order correctly and I would have been on my way. Im tired of places like this with terrible customer service and expect the full price. Im going everywhere else next time.

This location has gotten as bad as the other dominos in North County. I ordered three pizzas on the 6.99 menu. The prices are always higher. The bottom of pizza box is full of grease. You can see it on the outside of the box. I ordered a green pepper and black olive pizza and it is so burnt. Over cooked. I’m done going here.
