Horrible experience. Their delivery driver only dropped 3/8 pizzas off. Tried to call driver and it went straight to voicemail. I placed the order at 9:24a. The order came 30 minutes late.
I called to talk to an employee and she made a comment in the back “ I was having a good day.” And put her manager on the line. Dorthy was the manager on duty and she said she would only refund the 5 and not drop them off. I have 3 pizzas that are cold and I personally had to drive to the store . When I asked them gentleman for a manager she saw me and rolled her eyes.

Everyone here needs to be fired and the store needs to be shut down. Lazy, rude, unapologetic, incompetent, slow, takes forever to answer the phone, somehow have no drivers to deliver a pizza ordered at 7:45pm when it’s now well past 9pm, which no doubt the quality of that pizza I’m sure would have lasted that long sitting and waiting under a heat lamp, he says sarcasticly. This is not the first occurrence of something like this happening with this garbage establishment. Seriously, fire everyone and shut it down. Your customers deserve better than what they are getting. Again, YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER!!!!

What’s up with this location? Ordered yesterday and 3:46pm and my order arrived at 7:03pm. Called several times only to be immediately placed on hold/mute. Worst part is that when I pizza finally arrived over 3 hours later, one of them had NO CHEESE. How does that happen?! This isn’t the first negative experience with this location but it will definitely be the last. I love me some Dominos but this location is straight trash.

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever shopped at, honestly don’t know how it’s still making money the management team is so rude and unprofessional. I called and ask for an update on my order because like always they quote a time and must forget they have orders. The lady on the phone which I’m assuming is the manager told me “it says your order is on the way” I told her well it’s saying it’s in quality check which it has been for 40mins now so I asked she sure the order is not in the store? She says if I say the order has left the store obviously it’s not in the store. I asked for her name she said manager and hung up on my face. As a business why do you even have people like this working for you? I’m sure this company has a computer full of applicants ready to take her place. After I get off the call a couple minutes I got a call saying that my order has left the store once the driver gets to my house. They forgot half of my order. I called back to let the manager know and ask for her name again because she hung up on me. She told me that I was being rude because because I told her that the online system is saying that the order is still in the store, which it was, she proceeded to go back-and-forth about giving her name and hung up on me again I called a third time a guy answered the phone saying that he did not know who I spoke with because he had just got back into the store The delivery driver even said every customer tells them that she’s very rude and she’s going to be the reason they don’t make any money. This will be the last time I order from this store, but I would love to speak with somebody over her that has any type of Sense and customer service skills.

I am writing about store 8426 N Lindbergh Blvd, Florissant, MO 63031. I placed an order through the app last night and per the tracker, was advised my order would be ready in about 40-45 minutes. However watching the tracker, it never moved from prep and it ended up going down to 0 for the expected delivery time. I tried to call the store several times, but continued to receive an ad for dominoes and the store never picked up. I called a different store and they picked up right away, so I know it was not on my end. I ended up having to drive to the store, since it was already an hour with no movement on our order and I was not able to get through to the store. When I went in, the phone was just ringing and nobody was answering the phone. I ended up requesting a refund, and there was no apology or explanation outside they were short handed. This is no way to operate a store and because of this experience I will not be going back.

This location’s pizza is pretty good. I feel like the past two times I ordered delivery, the flavor profile and quality of the pizza only were what I would expect of Dominos.
The appetizers however, are NOT worth the price. I ordered the garlic bread pieces for $7 and it literally tastes like white bread with a pinch of garlic powder on it.
The loaded tator tots were burned on the sides and yet the tator tots were soggy and soft. I just think Dominos (not necessarily this location) needs to update their recipe for their appetizers if they want to continue creating more.
I love how they have a status bar to show progress of the order online. It seemed appropriate the first order, but the second order was way off. It was still in “baking” status for over 40 minutes and then said it was delivered when it hadn’t been delivered yet.
The delivery driver a few weeks ago was great, on time, and pleasant.
The second driver this past week seemed flustered, the box of the pizza was crushed at the top and there was cheese at the top of the inside of the box. I guess Dominos somehow knew it because they quickly sent me an offer for 50% off another pizza and the subject said that they were sorry about the delivery.

I placed an online carryout order on the app for a large pizza. The app gave me a pick up window of 13 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later to pick my order and it wasn’t ready. No problem.I was told it’ll be 10 minutes. Ok. I went and sat in my truck for 12 minutes came back in and asked if my order was ready and another associate told me they were just starting the order. I told them I would like a refund and to cancel the order. The associate voided the order in their system but never refunded my card. I was given a voided ticket they pulled from their own internal system. I was told the refund would show up on my account in 5 minutes. 23 hours later I have not received a refund. They basically stole my money and then lied to me that they gave it back. Needless to say I’ll never go back and I am saddened by the utter lack of respect or common courtesy displayed by all employees in this establishment.

I placed an order tonight at 6:30pm. I was given an estimate of 50 minutes. It is now almost 9:30pm. No pizza and my tracker keeps upping the time of delivery. No one is answering the phone at this location. My card has already been charged for an order I haven’t received. Went into the store to ask about my order said it probably got lost and would I like a credit or a refund. I asked for a refund. No apologies and no replacement or new order offered. I will not be returning.

Am lactose intolerant. Tried to call to order cheese-free pizza but no one answered. Ordered online and careful to choose No Cheese. Pizza with cheese showed up. What am I supposed to have for dinner now?
