Horrible customer service!! I placed an order at 4:05pm. At 4:50 my pizza had not been delivered so checked the app. It said it left store at 4:20 and had been delivered at 4:36. I called the store the manager(I’m guessing) was extremely rude told me the app was wrong and driver would be at my house in 5-10min. 20min later, no delivery. I called back. He was even more rude than before. Put me on hold. Came back and told me the driver was outside my house. He was not. No headlights to be seen in either direction. I told him there was no driver here and I wanted to cancel my order and to give me a refund. He said “I canceled your order” and hung up on me. When I called back to ask about the refund no one answered. I’ve left reviews before but never reached out to corporate. I did today. That man has no business in any kind of customer service oriented job.

Got off work today, ordered a pizza at 6:26pm. Pizza wasn’t ready until 7:10pm. Sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes at the window being ignored by staff even though my order was sitting on the shelf ready to be grabbed. I left drive thru window and decided to walk inside. As soon as I did, hilariously, they jumped onto drive thru to help the person who was behind me. I’ve ordered from this dominoes for a long time and never experienced horrible service like this. Not a place I’d recommend for good service. Pizza is good, but not worth being ignored by workers for.

Horrible service. I was told my order was started at 6:15 PM. I called at 7:15 PM and they told me they hadn’t even started it and got mad at me for asking what time I anticipate being able to pick it up. I told him to cancel it and they said thank you and then hung up.

Well ordered a pizza from there at 10:30 it said it would be at my place between 30 and 42 mins hour and half went by so I called and the guy that was working was a smart ass and said that we have over a hour to wait there we’re 10 in front of me, not waiting 3 hours for a pizza work in stl all the time and have my pizza within 1 hour every time. Your store does not know customer service and tried reported this to corporate and can’t speak with no one. Someone in this store needs to loose there job cause the internet showed that my pizza started being prepped at 1104 and at 12 still being prepped. Never go to yall store again and will speak with your DM someone should get in trouble for this bullcrap!!!

Used to be my go to place for inexpensive pizza. Been going to Jefferson location as Iles was always to slow. App said it was done but was told app isn’t accurate. Today Jefferson location was told the same thing. Apparently said my order was done but was told it would be another 30 minutes. Was told app doesn’t deal in reality. Ok. Either fix the app or get rid of it. But for those reasons I’m out. Never dominos again. To many other places that want my money and will treat me like an actual customer.

They absolutely will not deliver to my address on E. Jackson St. Not exactly sure why this is but it’s very upsetting as they accept my order as via their online ordering menu. But only after the order is paid for my payments have been processed and accepted and approved, made, and when it says that the order is done being prepared and is in queue and being sent out by the next delivery driver they must see the order address and they cancel my order without warning nor explanation and then they didn’t even call me and let me know what happened. Only when I call and sit on hold for what seems forever plus a few more days do they inform me they won’t deliver to my address when clearly on line is stats they do

This place is located exactly 1 mile from where my current address is. My fiance and I both have very busy schedules with small windows of break time. They took 2 hours to deliver to my address for a pizza and one app.

I placed a delivery order and they forgot My dipping sauce. I reached out and the manager on duty offered to give me a credit but due to fact I’m not from the area and wouldn’t be back around she offered to personally deliver me a soda for the inconvenience. Even offered to bring it to My room due to fact I’m disabled and walking is hard. But sadly security at hospital wouldn’t let them bring it to the room. I appreciate her efforts and it wasn’t her fault of security. Thank you for going that extra step.
