Inside looked very clean.
Was able to watch pizza maker roll, knead and press dough to size and type needed. Then to see toppings placed as well through baking, cutting and boxing various pizzas.
Saw various personnel use gowns, gloves etc in handling of pizzas to enhance proper food handling requirements.
Didnt know sit down seating was available as well.
While not my favorite (JOE’S) it was good.

This establishment started off so well. They were a gust of fresh air in the pizza business. The first two years of operations they seemed to have a maxim of customer service and product perfection. I used to order pizza from here every week just about, but within the last 6 months they started to be hit or miss on the pizzas and wings. The beginning of 2019 they became down right garbage. The pizzas are always sub-par, the toppings are scarse even if you order double and the cheese is almost non existent. Their management will not return calls and is never in. The Domino corporate office claims that the franchise is a stand alone so they don’t require a standard of business or product. I will not recommend Chatham Illinois Domino pizza to anyone. These photos are double topping double cheese pizza’s. You be the judge!

Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas. They both barely had any topping and there was such little amount of cheese that I had to go to the store and buy more cheese to put on them. I would have taken them back but we live 20 miles down the road. I shouldn’t need to order extra toppings and extra cheese just to get an adequate amount to call it a pizza.

I ordered Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots (without Steak), normal coke and 2 other items and paid through cash. But we end up receiving Tots with steak and Diet Coke in place of normal coke. After reaching home, when I call back, person at counter dint not responded properly and they don’t know how to deal with customers. After great struggle I travelled back and they re-made my order. After one hour they called me back and stating that I dint paid the bill for my order, again it’s was their failure to update the transaction on time.

Final update: over a year and nothing from corporate or the store. Another big corporate entity taking our money and reducing quality/quantity slowly to maximize profits. What a shame.
Second update: it’s been two months and neither corporate nor the company have reached out. Save your money. Go to any other pizza place!

It’s bad when the pizza has to be thrown out and you make soup and a sandwich for dinner. I always request extra sauce on my pizza. But THIS location adds the least amount possible. It was very dry – almost like they put less than if I chose ‘normal’ sauce. I’ll gladly pay for the extra scoop of sauce, but give the customer what they ask for. Consumers are tired of wasting our hard earned money on subpar goods and services.

Where’s the sauce? So dry, and so super thin. I get that it is cheap, but it wasn’t even the least bit tasty. My husband’s was so thin and dry that he had to keep drinking water to get it down. Never ever again, salty cardboard.

I like Dominos and thought I would try two things, the Chicken Alfredo Pasta and the Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots (no picture).
While both were good and met my needs, I was a little disappointed in the portion size of pasta. It was tasty and food but small (see photo).
As for the Tots, a new item, I’ll probably try a different one the next time even I liked it – and I will say those Tots were the best, with or without the extras.

mead is amazing
I gave it 1 star because the scheduled delivery was on time. The rest was old and cold. Pizza looks like it was sitting for several hours before delivery. Possibly could play Frisbee with it or cut firewood for the season.

App wasn’t providing updates. Called store and manager verified my name and order and told me pizza would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and told pizza not even in the oven. Manager flat out lied.

Wouldn’t sell me a cheese pizza through the drive through because he would have to walk to the register twice. Went inside and ordered went well from there. Wouldn’t go out of my way to stop at this one.
