I ordered a pepperoni pizza, parm bites, and cheese bread. I received a cheese pizza with little to no sauce, dry barely seasoned garlic bites and cheese bread that had zero seasoning and was dry and over cooked. I have had more problems with the night staff messing up my orders more than the day staff. This is the 4th time in the last 2 months I have had my order completely messed up because people are to quick to try to clock out and go home.

This chain really needs to train employees on how to be consistent. One time we order, the pizza is excellent. Toppings plentiful, & tastes great. Next order, it’s straight trash. ZERO sauce on the pizza, and almost ZERO cheese. Then, when I call in to complain, the ‘manager’ or whatever they want to present themselves as wants to argue with me that they WATCHED the employee who made the pizza put sauce on it. No, you clearly didn’t, because my husband was standing inside the restaurant, & the only other people present were what appeared to be delivery drivers. Everyone else was standing around idly. I’m not blind. I know when my pizza has ZERO SAUCE. I’m sorry, but I don’t like to be greeted with attitude when I calmly try to present my complaint. It doesn’t matter if it’s a special promotion. I’m still not paying for a nasty, bare pizza. Stop cheating customers out of toppings just to save a few cents. Clearly this photo I provided is NOT of the pizza from my last visit. THAT one was apparently like striking a pot of gold. This one was more of a grenade.

Redeemed my replacement pizza, and I give kudos to John, who made it for us. Not only was the pizza perfect, and delicious, but he was very professional and polite. That’s what I mean by consistent. It’s these types of employees that we appreciate, and who keep us coming back. The few bad apples unfortunately overshadow that sometimes.

Whoever was in that kitchen today definitely got cracked last night I order from there at least once a month this was the best its ever been!!! Dough was a lil under done but we just threw it in the oven for a min. Good work yall, thank you!

I typically give this location a chance despite continuous quality control issues, ordered delivery and it took over an hour and a half. When I did receive my food it was 5 degrees above room temperature. My garlic pizza also made me sick to my stomach because it had sat for so long. So I’m done with this location. If you want cheap good pizza go to the route 36 little Cesar’s

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in years, the manager Kaden made my food in front of me while carrying on a nice conversation, Austin cut my food and carried it to where I was sitting before I could even stand up. Truly amazing service, kind people. And great food. I don’t usually eat the crust on pizza but I was happy I tried it tonight!!
