Ordered a basic pepperoni and sausage pizza with a side of wings. I placed my order online at 7:43pm, I got a call at 8:17 pm when I’m literally on my way to go pick up my order and the employee on the other line tells me “We ran out of ingredients to make your food but my manager is on his way to another dominos to get ingredients and then we’ll make your order, sorry about that ma’am.” The customer service in this whole town is just so awful I literally have never even heard of such a thing. Like why wait a whole 33 minutes to tell me that? You all didn’t know you didn’t have the ingredients when I ordered? This town is like one big practical joke at this point. Can’t even get a pizza.

Go to Domino’s for literally ONLY the 2nd time in my life. I ordered the stuffed cheese bread and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Got home to see that the stuffed cheese bread looked good but the chicken bacon ranch only had 4 small pieces of chicken with bacon bits and cheese. I called the store and the guy said he needed to second opinion this and needed me to bring it back to the store. By this time I really didn’t want to get back out but to prove a point to the guy that had sarcastic to him we took it back and instead of having it remake it I just wanted my money back by now. When we took it back the manager was very hesitant about giving my money back and I didn’t event get the full amount for the sandwich and that is all I was returning. **Memo noted never to return to domino’s especially the one on Elderado in Decatur Illinois go to subway if you want a sandwich.

This is the last time I try dominos. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, but incompetent workers seems to be the trend here. Always making orders wrong or bringing pizza that was apparently thrown in their delivery vehicles. I order a pizza with extra sauce and light cheese, it arrives with extra cheese and almost NO SAUCE. When I call I get a “manager” who sounds half asleep and wants ME to bring it back ( I ordered delivery for a reason, I don’t want to get out ). It is what it is I suppose. Lack of good workers. My fault for not sticking with Godfathers pizza. They know how to do pizza right!

Pickup my pizza and head back to the hotel. I get to my room and open the box and am astounded at what I see, they didn’t cut the pizza. Literally have NEVER had that happen before. How do you not cut the damn pizza?!? Way to go Dominos….
