Our sports team placed a large online order on December 24th for a January 3rd, 1:00 PM pickup for our team. The order was confirmed.
When we arrived, staff first tried to say the order was for the wrong location—until we showed the confirmation email clearly listing their address. Only then were we told the order was void, too large, and that they couldn’t make it.
This was the first time we heard of any issue—no call, no email, no notice of cancellation. We were left scrambling to feed players and families at the last minute. Thankfully, Little Caesars saved the day and stepped up on the spot.
If an order can’t be fulfilled, customers should be notified in advance, not at pickup after showing proof. Extremely disappointing and poor communication.

Was told a pickup time. Showed up 30 mins after order was placed, ( About 5mins after pickup time) and was told it would be another 40 mins at least. Totally ruined dinner for visiting family, and for us to have a meal together as they were scheduled to leave town at a certain time. Had I been told when I placed the order that it would be a longer wait than expected I could’ve made other arrangements. We’ll never get that meal time together back. Dominos has stolen it forever. Im deeply saddened by this and I hope the owners and operators of Dominos don’t ever have to know what that’s like.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza for delivery to my truck at the Ta Travel Center. I received a cheese pizza with barely some bits and pieces of steak scattered on it. I was disappointed with the food and felt ripped off. I would not recommend ordering delivery or DoorDash from this location.

Ordered 3 medium 2 topping pizzas, 2 of them were made correctly but one was made with the wrong crust and then I paid for garlic butters I didnt get. When I called some young man took the complaint. Didn’t take my name didnt ask my address told me some one would return with the garlic butters and didnt.

I’m new to this area. So, just like everywhere, trying to figure out which restaurants to go to. This Domino’s has a customer for life. The only bad thing I could say is that sometimes it takes the employees a little extra time to get moving. Butt, my order is always right, and the pizza is always hot.

Do not order salad from this Domino’s. You will be disappointed. Ordered March 11, 2025. Salad had been expired for 2 days. Can clearly see through the packaging. Yet they delivered it anyway. Tried reporting it on the app. But even today it wouldn’t let me report the problem because it says hasn’t been delivered yet!! This is unacceptable.

I’m glad I called in tonight about an issue with a different store, the woman on the phone tonight was able to get my local store on the phone and help resolve my issue , I will legit drive from Litchfield from now on to get a pizza instead of using my local #2954

EVERY time we ordered from this store there was an issue with it, this last time was the worst, ordered for drive thru pick up and tracker said order was started and ready in 13 minutes, drove to the store and was told “an order for 25 pizzas came in before you and it will be another hour and a half for your order” they then asked us to come back, um…no, cancel and refund me, she begrudgingly did after an attitude, but then said they can’t update delivery or pick up times online as the system wont let them. this is terrible Dominos.
