Amazing service! Greeted as soon as I opened the door, the first thing we noticed was how clean it was upon entering, the lady at the register was super nice and welcoming and answered any questions we had, happily. Within 15 mins our 2 pizzas were done and they came out perfect, my son is extremely picky about how he likes his pizza and will only eat the most perfect pieces but this time he ate an entire half without a complaint… Whoever was working that day did an amazing job keeping the place clean and having the pizzas coming out perfect! Definitely will be ordering again!

Extremely bad service they never respect the people time as per their online app. They gave us 7 PM time which is 30 minutes and they made us wait until 7:30 PM which is almost in one hour. We missed very important event. The staff did not even came around the window they made us to drive around two times to their window and hold us for more than 30 minutes… It’s it’s it’s maybe not about Domino’s but this facility really having a bad service of the people of the staff who are working over there.. The manger at this place, on the evening (6:45), Feb 21st, 2026, was extremely unprofessional and in fact, just downright rude! We ordered one pizza at 5:24 PM, and after still not receiving it at 6:45 PM, we called and spoke with the manager whose attitude was immediately rude, unprofessional, and totally uncaring. We explained we couldn’t understand her lack of concern about the unreasonable time it was taking and her reply was essentially completely dismissive of our concern. When the pizza finally arrived at 6:58 PM, it was not even warm, much less hot. When we explained to the young fellow making the delivery that we didn’t understand the long delay and his reply was “Okay.” We went ahead and accepted the delivery and still tipped the driver, BUT, if we do not hear from someone up the chain of this shop, this will be our last order from there, ever. In addition, I intend to place an ad in the local newspaper explaing this whole experience and urging locals to hold them accountable. We would appreciate hearing from someone to whom tonight’s manager is responsible, and if not, we’ll be happy to take all our business to Pizza Hut, and will recommend that to all iur neighbors as well. This is by far the worst place to order from. They know exactly what their delivery window is, yet they mark orders as “delivered” before they actually arrive. When you call, they keep saying “10 more minutes,” which is never true.
On our last three orders, we waited over an hour and a half past the expected time. When the delivery driver was asked about it, he literally laughed it off.
The pizza arrived cold, with barely any toppings. Completely unacceptable.
I’ve been hearing negative things about this pizzeria from neighbors and friends for a while, and now I understand why. We’ve officially decided not to order from here again.
There are many better pizzerias nearby that actually respect their customers and deliver what they promise.

Put in the order at 11:45am, the online tracker said out for delivery at 12:01pm. At 12:34, it says the order was delivered but it wasn’t. Attempted to call the store and no answer. Drove to the store, told them I wanted to know what was going on and find out why it was taking so long to be delivered. He claimed there was issues going on with the app and it would be 5-10 minutes. Get home and no food. Called the store again, talked to someone that didn’t give a name, and told him I wanted to get my money back and cancel the order. He says some more lies which I replied to with it sounds like BS. His response “well you got your money back, deal with it” and hung up. Looked at the tracker, says 1:12pm another pizza is being made and out for delivery at 1:13pm. Pizza finally arrived at 1:45 pm. The amount of lies and disrespect needs to be addressed.

Always forget or overlook orders. I have ordered online a few times and when I went to pickup they will realize they forgot it and just start. They have given up and this last time they just said I could cancel it so I did and got food from somewhere more prepared, this place used to be great…

I placed my order and drove 5 minutes down the road and only had to wait a couple of minutes. The staff seemed to be kicking serious butt even though there was a truck unloading there.

Slowest and worst customer service ever. Too many issues to mention. Don’t count on your pizza EVER being ready when you go pickup. Most of the time, they haven’t even started making the pizza even tho they said it would be ready in “approx 18 minutes”… and I’ve learned to pad the time with an extra 12-15 minutes. Go to any other Domino’s, but stay clear of the O’Fallon location. You’ve been warned.
