1 Star – Completely Unacceptable Quality and Carelessness
I am writing this review after giving Domino’s way too many chances, and every single time I ended up disappointed. Almost every order has had serious issues, showing a complete lack of quality control and attention to customer instructions.
One time, my pizza arrived with raw spinach, as if it wasn’t even cooked. Another time, the pizza was completely burnt, not just overcooked but totally ruined. On another order, I clearly did NOT ask for olives because I absolutely hate them, yet they still added olives anyway. This shows they either don’t read instructions or simply don’t care.
The chicken was semi-cooked, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. On top of that, even basic requests like cutting style are ignored. I specifically asked for a square cut, but they gave me a pie cut, which again proves instructions are ignored.
Another major issue is the amount of butter and oil used. There was so much oil and butter on the pizza that it was literally soaked and dripping, making it impossible to eat. The pizza felt greasy, heavy, and completely unappetizing. I had to stop eating because it was overwhelming and unhealthy.
I continued ordering only because I have very limited food options nearby, not because the food was ever good. Every time, I hoped it would be better, and every time, it failed. There is no consistency, no care, and no accountability at this location.
I usually never leave Google reviews, but after repeated bad experiences, I felt forced to write this. This Domino’s has been nothing but frustrating, disappointing, and careless. Customers deserve at least basic quality and accuracy, and this place does not deliver.

My wife placed a delivery order, the wrong order was delivered. When I called, the “store manager” argued with me saying that what was delivered they hadn’t even made that night, basically accusing me of lying. I told him all I wanted was my daughter’s sandwich delivered like we ordered, but was told that they were too backed up a couldn’t make my order right. How is it your store can mess someone’s order up and not even fix it? I paid for delivery and paid for a sandwich, instead received cinnamon bites, and was basically told to deal with it. Worst customer experience I have ever had, especially from a place myself and my family frequent.

By far, the best pizza around today is Domino’s hand tossed pizza. I get extra sauce and extra cheese. I’m a big fan of the meatza and pepperoni.
The sandwiches, pasta, and salads are also available.

Midnight Drifters
Listening to the employees yell at each other while holding his glasses that have one arm holding the on his face is pretty wild experience. If you looking for entertainment this is the place to go. If you’re looking to just walk in and get your food I would stay away at all cost.

Place a order 2 days before hand and even called alil over an hour before coming to pick up to make sure it would be ready and they said it would be ready, get here to pick up and they just started on some of the pizzas. Been waiting roughly 30mins. Worst one I have been to, and the worst customer service, the lady that is working needs to learn some customer service.

It was a friday night and they had a huge order.Come in before mine. I had to wait a few minutes longer. So I watched them all work while I was waiting. I have never seen a group of people work So hard and efficient together. And stay pleasant. It was impressive! Thank you domino’s!!!!

Ordered online for window pickup. Got the notification that it was ready and arrived 10 minutes later. As I sat there waiting at the window, at least 4 employees came near the window and ignored me. I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to finally open the window.

$9.99 for 8 piece wing but only got 6 and 1/2 tiny wings! Sandwich had hardly anything in it… Will never order Dominos again, yesterday the pizza was demolished in the corner like it was dropped… Tipped $10 both times, wasnt even worth the delivery fee, feel very cheated!
