Why is Domino’s such shitty pizza? The only reason I ordered from here is because Imo’s uses St. Louis cheese. Should have taken our pizzas back. The cheese looked like it had melted in clumps; there was more sauce than cheese. How did the high schoolers working there look at it and seem satisfied? Another fail and final fail for Domino’s. This is Sam’s Club “quality” pizza.

Tonight was the worst experience i’ve ever had with dominos. Originally they had forgotten our drink and had to go back to the store to get it. Totally cool with that, mistakes happen. However, upon opening our food we noticed that the pasta we ordered had almost nothing inside. I mean, it was like a single layer of noodles, just barely making sure the bottom of the pan was mostly covered. So we called and talked to the store manager Matthew about it. Matthew definitely did not have good customer service. Definitely just seemed like he was annoyed with us, but he did eventually say he would remake it and send it over with the soda. A few minutes pass and we get a voice mail from Matthew asking us to call him back. After we called him back he asked if we started eating the food, which we said yes to (because from our experience, restaurants can’t take food back and we’re not about to be wasteful). Matthew then told us that since we started eating it, he couldn’t correct the order, as that was us “accepting it”. We were not okay with this. So after some back and forth arguing we told him he could take back the remainder of the pasta and he would still bring us a new order. When the delivery driver finally came back, she laughed at us. Very unprofessional. Then to top it off our soda was warm and instead of replacing our pasta, they just brought us a pasta bowl with melted cheese only. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. As someone who works in food service, this was just totally unacceptable

These guys are great!! By far the best Domino’s I’ve been to, and I’ve been to 49 States! The front desk guy was super helpful about getting my order right….. Just a great experience! I don’t know what these other people are complaining about…. Maybe trying to get some free stuff….. I was at my friend’s house and she said I could have the last 4 pieces of pizza she had left over… I said where did you get this pizza from? She said Domino’s, I said quit messing with me! She reiterated that it really was Domino’s… Floored me…..

Ask for extra pepperoni and well done!! Didn’t get either. This pizza is horrible and went back inside and the worker said, per the manager this is extra pepperoni. Last $ I’ll spend @ Domino’s Columbia!! Would’ve gave a zero, but couldn’t!!

Domino’s has been one of my favorite pizza joints for as long as I can remember, with how awful the app has become to use and this location has disappointed me to the point where I don’t think I will order it again. Delivered me a medium Pizza that was about half the size of the box, like they took a small pizza dough and stretched it to fit. The crust was so thin on a hand tossed that you could literally see through it. The cheesy bread that I love so much was half the size it normally would be and almost burnt. Even with a coupon this wasn’t worth what was paid for and if you value your money you won’t waste it here.

Recently ordered pizza on 3/14/24. I ordered a deluxe pizza with bacon, light onions, and extra mushrooms. I picked up my order, went home and realized that my deluxe only had bacon, onions, and mushrooms. There weren’t any green peppers, pepperoni, or sausage on the pizza. I called to get notify them, I was told I would be refunded for my order and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve also reached out to dominoes customer support, they to have not replied, nor have they tried to resolve this. I won’t order domino’s again.
