This was delivered to our house. As you can see it is very obvious a piece of pizza was missing. When the manager was called who was very rude and handled the whole situation so badly I felt people should know about this. And now we can no longer order pizza apparently you get banned from dominos for a complaint.

The food is great, and my mother love this place. Excellent food, great service, and good atmosphere. The only reason atmosphere gets 4 stars is because it’s not a dine in type of place at all, so it’s not as visually pleasing as something like a rustic diner or fancy restaurant. But in my personal opinion the food and service are the most important part of a restaurant, and this place simply tastes great. They easily “Out Pizza the Hut” in my opinion.

Ordered a Large thin crust pizza, and a 2 liter Coke. Hands down the best Dominoes pizza I’ve ever eaten. The people were courteous, polite, and prompt. I will certainly be a return customer.

Delivery drivers were very polite. Manager was rude and refused to do anything about the 1st order that was messed up, and I had to order more to get what wasn’t delivered the first time. The second delivery was still missing drinks and he was the same on the phone, refused to send extra sauce with the drinks again. G D millennials, not worth my used TP.

I ordered 90 dollars worth, and got charged 4 times. When I called to talk about it, I got told to basically that they don’t have my order, and then can’t help when I was charged 4 TIMES!! Worthless company. Don’t eat here or any dominoes if you know what’s good for your bank account and your sanity.

Generally pretty good. If you order anything with sauces – salads, breads, or sides for pizza – make sure you have them because they will not. Not exaggerating when I say 9/10 we do not have the sauces or the correct number.

I am only giving a 4 star rating because of a recent corporate decision. The staff and food are always great. I went in tonight to pick up dinner for the family as we usually do about once a week. (I do carry out because delivery is not available in our area.) I always tip when receiving my food but tonight a Jat for St Jude was on the counter and a tip jar was no longer present. As someone who also works in a tipping industry I was really surprised to see it missing. When I asked where the tip jar went I was told a recent corporate decision was made to remove said jar from the counter. Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against St Jude but I don’t think it’s fair to the kitchen and cou ter staff who do not run deliveries but, see customers now lose an opportunity at tips due to a decision made by someone who obviously doesn’t need tips to get by in the first place. Not cool. And yes they did say they are still allowed to receive tips but it has to be handed to the person….obviously I’m not going across the counter to the kitchen so…..I don’t think this was a well thought out decision. Pizza was great tonight as always though❤️

I love the Chester store! The staff is always fast and polite. My orders always arrive just as I ordered them. My family works a lot of late hours and they’re basically our pizza/dinner heroes. They’re the best of all the Domino’s I’ve ever used.

Twice, we overpaid. They never recommended the specials. Last time, 6 people there and no one was busy. This time only 2 people. We paid $13.99 for a $7.99 large pizza. Chester is NOT a Domino’s pizza customer service. I recommend to all my friends to go elsewhere.

Deliver drivers are always timely and polite. However the pizzas are often very undersauced l and they sometimes forget dipping sauce. Overall 5 stars is very accurate.
