This location used to be awesome but our last four orders were nowhere near the quality they should be. Two weeks ago our pizzas were burnt and had minimal toppings (three pieces of meat). I submitted an online complaint and never heard back from the store or corporate. I just called and spoke with the assistant manager who offered zero apology or way to rectify the situation other than the manager would call me tomorrow. I doubt it. We will order elsewhere from now on.

Never have issues with the Fairview Heights IL location. Food is always accurate. Last time we ordered, last week, we did have to wait because our order hadn’t even been started, but they were slammed, so that was understandable. We always allow time for possible issues, so nothing lost and bonus was our pizza was literally fresh out of the oven. Will not take away a star for that. Working in food service myself, I understand things happen. Love the drive up pickup window option at this location. Workers are always friendly when I come for my order.

The pizza was rock hard when delivered. The delivery time was 50-70 mins it took 2 hours and 20 mins, I understand short staffed or whatever the case may be but for the pizza to be sent out like this even after a quality check from the manager ADAM! How was this approved to leave the store?

My card was charged and I never received my food. Even left work to see what the issue was just to be told that my order never came to the store. I provided them with the email confirmation and still nothing. It was my first time ever having that issue so I’m sure I might possibly in the future order again.

This particular store has screwed up and just plain not delivered orders way too many times for me to ever go back. Last time I ordered, I waited an hour and had to call THEM to see what was going on. They had no intention of contacting me or even bothering with the order. Ordered 3 Handmade pan pizza at 6:53 today arrived at 7:03 was informed one oven wasn’t working so things were moving slower than usual even though online it said pizza will be ready in 11 minutes nevertheless my BURNT pizzas are ready at 7:25. The employee failed to inform me at 7:03 that their handmade pizza oven was not working and didn’t recommend or offer to make them handtossed. This location should have not been accepting order for pizza if they cannot follow through. The employee was annoyed not sure why she was annoyed when I was talking to her when I was the one who should have been annoyed I ask for a refund but she said all she can offer was $5 off a $32 orders instead of a full refund for burnt pizza that did even taste or look good

I’ve only ordered from here a few times, and they are always kind of slow, but I have now been waiting for my order for over 2 hours. No one is answering the phone. (been on hold for more than 16 minutes) There is no other way to complain or ask for an update short of driving down to the store and confronting people, which I’m not interested in doing. I’m sort of at a loss here. If they don’t feel like giving me my food, I would at least like my money back. Not sure how to make that happen when I can’t get anyone to talk to me.
