Horrible customer service, workers playing on phones or goofing off, constant nasty attitudes towards customers. Takes orders or items they don’t have then won’t refund. Wait times exceed hours then when you cancel they won’t refund you. Food quality had dropped to cardboard level. This all started happening within the last year or so. Definitely done with them and telling other’s to avoid it as well.

Place is damn near worth betting on because sometimes it might be good sometimes you’re waiting over an hour for a subpar pizza that compares to a piece of cardboard that the cheese is barely melted on. Patronize at your own risk the place used to be decent now I’d trade it in on a Pizza Hut without even thinking twice.

Everytime I get food here it’s made so sloppily. Tonight I decided to get some sandwiches for delivery after a long day 40 minutes before closing and they just kept pushing off my order and putting me on hold until they closed. Very unprofessional very annoying. Don’t recommend. I’d actually rather go to another towns dominos just to get better quality compared to this one. Hate to be a Karen but this place has literally ruined my night multiple times. And this is the first time I’ve ordered close to closing.

Wow!! Would like to thank Dominos if you order a pizza online and use a coupon code they sent you, it will ask you to call them. When you call to put order in, the man on the phone is rude and will hang up on you. When you ask to speak with the manager you are hung up on. I called back as this is food for my kid while I’m outta town. John the manager refuses to speak to me and the very rude customer service guy refused to put my order in. Don’t worry I recorded it all and will call corporate too let them hear!

Ever since Litchfield lost Pizza Hut, this has been my go to pizza place. The food is delicious, the price is reasonable and usually the service is fast. Sometimes they certainly struggle to keep up with the orders and you have to wait a little longer, but they’re very polite and do their best. Had nothing but good experiences with them, would recommend.

Ordered a large pizza with sausage and there was about two tiny pieces of sausages on the whole pizza. Tried calling them several times but the automated system computer voice kept trying to get me to the manager and no one picked. So I drove over there and used more gas, requesting a replacement. Only having them say I could not have a new pizza without returning the old one. We ate the pizza. They lost a couple of customers for life.

Gotta say, quality of this place has gone downhill since Pizza Hut left. I guess less competition breeds lower effort. I put an order in online since it said 27 minutes which is reasonable enough. 50 minutes later I called because the tracker hadn’t moved and was informed it would be an additional 45 minutes. Safe to say I cancelled the order.
