I placed an order. Well aware it’s a blizzard. Had just called to see if they were open. They answered thankfully and informed me there was no delivery. I placed an order online less than five minutes later accidentally rushing to get food ordered I have hungry kids in a blizzard. They cancel the order without calling to discuss my options or offer any customer service. I send my oldest to pick up both of our orders and mines canceled! This is beyond unprofessional and a complete disregard for customer service, satisfaction, or even basic effort.

I will start out by saying I usually love this domino’s they have always done a great job with our orders but tonight was terrible we placed our order at 6:14 and didn’t receive it til 8:30. We first realized something was up when checking the tracker and it went from quality check to prepping your order meaning it went from done to being made again. So I called cause thats weird the girl I spoke to said there’s a glitch in the system your foods on its way. Mind you We had already been waiting a while I called at 7:45. 8:15 comes around i call back cause we still dont have our food and at this point im annoyed cause its been 2 hours since we placed our order and I said this is kinda ridiculous I get it your busy but over 2 hours is ridiculous to wait for 2 pizzas. She didn’t give me any apologies or offers for their delay just said nothing she could do. I was like fine and hung up. We finally got our food at 8:30 and shocker its cold.

Delivery was super quick, like literally not even 30 minutes. The pizza dough was great, but the tomato sauce was a bit off. Definitely not the worst but the sauce somehow made it taste bad.

pizza is great, location is also great, friendly staff, order online or call friendly. Bilingual menu. But as of right now very short staffed. But will recommend this domino’s over the other one in town. Open late./ Update 6/11/22 balloons everywhere for celebration. Taylor is one of the best pizza makers I have had there, she always does amazing work, she cares, she does an amazing job. The manager is awesome and very friendly as well. Even if it’s a drive I will recommend this Domino’s for your next pizza night. 8/22/23

The service is really bad. They have went through a lot of GM‘s and staff at their location. They haven’t messing up my orders lately today I just experienced with my eight-year-old daughter the delivery driver Adam threw her pizza on top of his vehicle and when I asked him, why did he do it? He said just because and then the store manager, which he told me his name is Jason, which I believe he was lying act like it was OK and there was nothing wrong with it. He didn’t try to apologize or say that he will handle the situation and I will not be ordering from this franchise anymore.

Ordered twice the past two weeks and quality has been terrible. The first time I ordered two Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and hardly had any toppings but cheese. I Ordered pizza last night asked for extra sauce, I always do, they flooded my pizza with it. And again, barely any topping or cheese except ham. I used to work at this dominos and it used to be good but if it’s going to be like this I’ll go to papa John’s. It’s gone downhill.

Ordered online. Said it would take about 30 minutes until we could pick up. We had loaded tots, buffalo chicken, spinach and feta bread, pacific veggie pizza and cheese dip. It actually took an hour for them to make the order. They have raised the price and halved the quantity of food. The 7.99/item deal has turned into a joke. Don’t get loaded tots or the Buffalo chicken. There were 24 tots with sprinkled cheese and what I guess they were saying bacon. Truly about $2 worth of food. And the chicken used to be one of our favorites but it was laughable. The pacific veggie pizza is delicious, but it’s 18 for a thin so we probably won’t ever order that again either because its barely enough to even feed 2 people. The cheese dip was delicious and okay I guess for 4.49. The spinach and feta bread was probably the only thing worth the 7.99. It also no longer comes with a sauce so that’s now also a separate cost too. I think we will just skip domino’s from now on. It used to be one of favorites and was great cost wise. We can go out to dinner and have a much higher quality meal for half the price and have leftovers. Added a picture of the pathetic chicken so hopefully others don’t waste their money.
