I ordered three pizzas on the app, said it would be done in 12 to 17 minutes. (Sunday, early afternoon) I was doing the in-store pickup. Got there in about 13 minutes and the boxes were just put up on the shelf so they were ready on time. They look amazing, have a lot of toppings on them, well I should say the normal amount of toppings.. I’ve got them before in the past where they were very skimpy with toppings….but not today. They were baked well so they were nice and crispy like a thin crust should be. The employee, I think the manager, was very pleasant to me, overall was a great experience.. and it’s great pizza!

I wouldn’t order from here unless you order way in advance. They are constantly understaffed or somthing. Everytime I order here it takes up to an hour longer to get the food than is estimated, and that’s not even delivery, that’s with in person pickup. Then on top of it your order will probably be incorrect. Forget waiting another hour for it to get fixed. After 3-4 times of this, spread out over time. I probably won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon.

They’re awesome 98% of the time. They’ve forgotten my order and have taken longer than normal once or twice but overall, they’re great and will always correct any issue. Most workers are nice and the delivery drivers are always nice! I recommend.

Order was wrong, forgot my soda and garlic butter,it was cold when it did get here and then didn’t even bother to deliver the missing things to my hotel room…had the desk person do it. I met the driver in the lobby initially…thought since they screwed up she could bring to my door…nope. $35+ for a single pizza,2 liter and garlic butter and can’t even give decent customer service…sad

I tried to place an order online, and have never had a problem doing so at any other location. This one did not go through and kept giving me an error message to try again in a moment or call the store. I called the store to see if they received the order. First I had to press one to speak English. Then “John” said he was ready to take my order, but I could tell it was a robot. I had to go through several unnecessary voice prompts, convincing the robot that I needed to talk to a human before I could get a person to ever pick up the phone. Never messing with this place again. When a human finally answered, they were polite and able to answer my question. Not the workers fault that corporate Dominos is trying to use robots…

Picture yourself driving by on a snowy night. The restaurant parking lot has been cleared of snow. Before you undertake your ride home, you stop by to order a pizza. Inside, there are half a dozen employees who work on your and other people’s orders, and they continually check the screens as orders come in and talk to each other about the orders and the food they are preparing. The man taking your order is attentive and gives you clear info on when your order will be ready. All this makes the food taste better because you know someone cared. The BBQ Chicken New York Style pizza was delicious. Thanks.

Twice already cancelled my order after 20-30 minutes of placing, not to mention a bigger issue I had before, saying they have no drivers. Would be great if they knew that between those 20-30 minutes I could have fed my family something different. Horrible customer service.

Have waited for over and hour each time I have ordered, when I call they put me on hold for 30 minutes. Poor service and delivery. They were suppose to refund my money plus said they would give a $20 credit but none of that happened
