Cancelled my order because the streets are too snowy to deliver, even though it stopped snowing over 24 hours ago and all streets are completely plowed. I know because I drove to the store earlier and the roads (including the ones in my neighborhood) are fine. Kinda seems more like they just didn’t feel like it.

My pizza was made wrong. Contact the manager she argued with me stated that her employee said it was made correctly before I can even say anything. So I started talking over her so she can listen to me. She told me I had to bring the pizza if I wanted my pizza done correctly, I told her why will I bring a pizza back when I placed a delivery ordered. So she gets louder on the phone and says well I will accept it this time but next time I won’t get my pizza made correctly. I paid 26.00 dollars for that pizza not only was she rude. They also gave me an expired 20ounce orange soda dated for December 22/2025 . When the driver arrives I let him know that I will be reporting their General Manager her customer service skills sucks. She very childish for her age and over step her power . Instead of her refusing to let me talk she should’ve been listening first resolved the issue apologized no she did everything wrong.

I order from here all the time and it said my order was delivered. I called the store, whoever picked up the phone claimed the driver attempted to reach out to me which was a lie. I have had problems with them in the past where the manager swore he delivered my order himself and the whole time he left it at another apartment building. The man on the phone said he believed his driver which every business would be on their employee side. this is the worst dominos in town and they are very unprossional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered delivery and it never arrived. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but then they were rude on the phone and told me the driver had a triple delivery and to wait a few minutes despite it showing delivered in the app. Waited a few minutes then called back and was told “oh he’s just pulling up, let me talk to him.” Waited several minutes and then was told well I can’t do anything, here’s my manager. Manager said she was new and could process a refund to call back in 3-5 hours. Called back and was then given to the “district manager” who said the order was too old and now locked. She’d have to process the order the next morning. Made zero sense but I just recorded the call and told her if I don’t get a refund I would be disputing the charge. She said it was show up within 24-48 hours and here I am several days later and no refund. Never ordering from these thieves again.

I had placed an advanced carryout order that a friend of mine was supposed to pick up for me. Thirty minutes later I noticed they had cancelled my order, so I called in to find out why.
The woman who answered accused my friend of showing up at the store almost three hours early, screaming at them that he wanted the pizzas now, and had them cancel the order. I had to inform them that this was not possible…as my friend had been sitting next to me ever since I placed the order and had not left the house. The woman also had said an incorrect time for my pickup order, so I pointed that out, suggesting maybe this was a totally different person. She began sort of stammering and insisted that it was my friend who yelled at them.
I suggested maybe two people with the same name had a pickup order (my friend’s name is not that common, but I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt). She said no, only my order had that name. She kept saying he yelled at them and I kept repeating he was next to me on the couch. She ended with telling me that I could go online and place another order. I did not do that.
If you think this is nuts, trust me, I do too. I just kept sitting there going, “No, he’s sitting here RIGHT NEXT TO ME.” I was just told repeatedly he came and yelled at them…
I will say, my husband had said in the past he did not want to order from this Domino’s location, as he went to pick up an order one day and witnessed an employee say to another, “Just cancel every single online order that comes in- we’re busy.” They very clearly weren’t busy.

Food was wrong and there is no way you can actually contact the store personally on the phone. They lady who has taken the order working from home had no understanding of the process and couldn’t even contact a manager. Worse experience ever because we couldn’t leave work. Wouldn’t order from them again. Ranch dressing on the chicken and evidently they couldn’t read because the toppings is on one side and should of been half and half smdh.

Doesn’t surprise me, that all locations in town suck. Prospect Ave in Champaign… Simple order, but they can’t get it right, EVER! They tell me there is nothing they can do, unless I go back and wait for a new pizza to be made. “No credit, no refund”… Once again I will take this up to corporate. If you can’t read/follow directions, you shouldn’t be working here…
