Literally only a few miles from my home yet it takes an hour 1/2 to be delivered. It’s always cold. At this point they need to just make this a carry out or let the one on prospect deliver because anytime I go there the pizza is amazing! This location is GARBAGE. They don’t answer the phone once you place the order, can’t get any information.

Ordered online. Was given a pick up time in about an hour, 10 minute window. Ordered at 6:15, should’ve been ready between 7:15-7:25. I get there at 7:15, was told to someone would’ve with me shortly. Manager came out from the back, looking lost. About 7:20 she finally asked what my order number was, they said they were about to put my order in to the oven shortly. Said it would be another 20 minutes or so. They were lucky I didn’t cancel my order when it went into the oven. Will possibly never order from this location ever again.

Getting lazy at the end of night, please order before 10:30pm otherwise you’ll get minimal ingredients on items. Apparently they want to conserve as much as the can to break down their make table an hour before close so they can get out as quickly as possible. And no they won’t remake your items if they sit in their heating tray for 40 plus minutes, you’re going to get old dry barely warm pizza.

Ordered delivery. Said 30-40 min. After 2 hours went and got it ourselves. Pizza had very little cheese. Was to get a partial refund and as of 4 days have not yet. Will give it a few more days. They are very short staffed for delivery drivers so understandable but wish we weren’t given a 40 min window and wish pizza was better when we did get it. Even the extra cheese pizza had little to none. Kinda disappointing.

We used to order from here all the time – it is one of the few places to easily get a GF vegan pizza. Unfortunately, service in the last 6-9 months has gotten horrendous. The orders are often wrong, are scheduled ahead of time and always 30 mins – 2 hours late, and the response from the store is often curt and rude. Tonight we preordered for delivery at 5 for 8 – the tracker said at 8:30 the order was done and delivered but we had nothing. I called the store and a very nice young man tried very hard to help (kudos to him!!) but the quality and service has become ridiculous so sadly, we won’t be ordering again anytime soon.
