I ordered from here in 2021 and they screwed it up so bad (unapologetically 2 hours late) I didn’t order Domino’s again for 5 years. Well guess what, 2026 Domino’s is no different. They marked my order as delivered and 40 minutes later no one knows exactly where it is, just that it’s still out there with a driver somewhere. Edit- it’s here. It’s cold. It’s bad. Frozen pizza is better at literally 1/5th the price, and I should have known better. I regret this purchase. This is 1990’s Domino all over again.

This pizza was absolutely terrible! I will never in all my life go back to THIS dominos. Ordered the pizza Sunday around 11am and received this , it was not done. It was so soggy that it just couldn’t even be picked up it was so limp. I spent $30 and this what I received , I called and told them that it was not up to standard && wanted a remake because this was absolutely terrible. I then clearly told the young lady on the phone to please make sure it was crispy and she sent back a pizza that looked EXACTLY the SAME! I didn’t even waste my time calling back because I didn’t want another remake and I didn’t want a credit because there is no way in actual hell I would ever order from here again. And what’s crazy is this used to be my favorite dominos in town to order from. NEVER AGAIN. The delivery guy was nice and apologized. Absolutely ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We ordered at around 8pm. At 9:30pm, we called to see where the order was. We were told it was on the way. At 10:30pm, we placed another call, where they said they would check on the order. They then proceeded to put us on mute for 30 minutes and not answer us. Paid almost $50 for our order and no refund nor answer. Ridiculous.

Horrible service, Horrible food, they were instructed to leave the food at the door and ring the bell. There’s even a sign on the door to ring the bell. They didn’t deliver it the first time. Hung up on us three times. Didn’t deliver the drink the second time and DIDNT RING THE BELL AGAIN NOW PY PIZZA IS BURNT AND ITS COLD.

WORST DOMINOS HANDS DOWN ! The customer service is horrible and they are so lazy ! I ordered food yesterday and went to pick it up checked in gave my confirmation number and all. After 10 minuets I go to ask how long it’ll be because everyone is standing around talking Etc the say another 15 minuets then goes back and pick up and order from the table whole time it’s my order and now it’s darn near cold but my kids are hungry and I’m not trying to cause a fuss so I brushed it off . Today I order again that was around 7:30/40 food should be ready by 8pm I go there sure enough the same thing happened that happened yesterday I ask them for my order to be remade fresh this time… it’s 9:19 as I am typing this and I am still waiting for my food. Do you think I was offered anything free ? a drink or for my meal to be free or anything ? NO They have zero care about their customers and horrible staffing THIS IS RIDICULOUS And Very Unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I would

We ordered, on behalf of the church, one night after fellowship. Bare in mind, we were a loyal customer for over 10 years at this residence. However, the order never arrived. I called requesting to speak to manager to inform them our order been over 20 mins pass our delivery time. Immediately, the lady had every excuse to what seemed to be an easy apology and remake. Yet, very unprofessional. Claiming she was short staff and that she delivered the food personally. Stating she left it on the porch, all of which wasn’t true. Why would a delivery driver leave the food on the doorstep without a tip?? Overall, we reported to another store on Knoxville asking we need contact corporate with regard to this very strange behavior. He promised to convey to the GM and that we will receive a call shortly.. never happened. Therefore, no one is ever planning to do business with any of these locations.

Thought we’d try it since there was a carry-out special.
6.99 each for 2 large 2 toppings. Just over 15.00 with tax.
The service was fast and friendly!
Pizza was cooked perfectly!
The pizza was worth every penny at the special price!
With that said: we would not be as happy paying regular price.
While the pizza is good, it’s not great and definitely not worth the full price.
We will keep an eye out for specials in the future.
