Had carry out here a few times and it was good. Ordered delivery for the first time just now and I gotta say something. First off it was 5:20pm when I ordered through the app. I had my food delivered in hand 27 min later. The delivery driver was super cool and kind. Stoked on his tip. Great service!! I am extremely disappointed with the service and food at this Domino’s location. I have been here in the past and usually order a cheese pizza with extra sauce, pineapple, and light jalapeño due to my lactose intolerance. I also always ask for the pizza to be well done. This time, I was reassured that the order would be made correctly.
After picking up my pizzas and returning home, I realized the pizza was not well done, nor was it fully cooked. It was full of dough and completely inedible. Since it was during rush-hour traffic, I had to drive another half hour back to the store to get the issue resolved. I shouldn’t have had to do this, especially after being reassured the order was right the first time.
When I showed the doughy pizza to the employee, he said he would remake it and make it well done, as I had asked. I also reminded him to include extra sauce like I requested. After driving another half hour back home, I was lost for words to discover the pizza was burnt and completely dry with barely any sauce on it at all. It was nothing like what I had asked for.
I called the store again, and the lack of concern from the staff was frustrating. I was told the manager wasn’t available, and the attitude from the employee was indifferent.
After investing almost an hour and a half of my time in this disorganized operation, I had to throw the pizza in the garbage because it was completely inedible. I will not be returning to this location. The service and the lack of care are absolutely unacceptable. Updated tried them again on 1-24-25 food unfortunately has gotten worse see picture of cheese pizza.

Some Dominos are better than others and this was one of the bad ones. 2nd time I ordered from here and the pizza was just not made correctly. This time I got an extravaganza w extra cheese. Barely any cheese on it and it was grossly undercooked. I’m gonna stick w other Dominos like the one on Grand in Franklin Park. They usually get the order correct and is always on point

Driver’s location will show as in their parking lot for an hour while it says out for delivery. Then, the tracker will show as delivered and no pizza in sight. Longtime neighbor, who will not know order from Mama Luna’s on Addison.

If i could give negative stars i would for the burnt pizza we received! Not happy at all and this was the first time ordering from this dominos! The pizza was an absolute disaster but the bread was quite the opposite and delicious and very well presented

I placed an order online for cash delivery, waited a whole hour for dominos to tell me they weren’t accepting any cash orders. Could’ve at LEAST let me know sooner. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place during night.

For a big chain this location has it down! Their pizza and bread sticks are fresh and delicious. Friendly service too. For how busy they were it didn’t take very long for the order to come out.
Both their hand tossed and thin crust pizzas are a favorite. Cheese stuffed breadsticks are a hit too. Online promotions are great but the only thing I don’t care for is the sauces (especially since they cost $1.50 each). Everything else is great and worth the cost.
Also I hope management upgrades your AC. I get that it’s hotter with pizza ovens but I went in at 9pm and I can’t imagine what it feels like during a 92 degree day with the sun hitting the windows. Take care of your hard working employees.
