My husband was in emergency room when pizza was supposed to be delivered. The pizza was never delivered. My son did not tell me right away because of my husband because my in emergency room.
I contacted Dominos through the app and they opened a case and said they contacted the store in Plainfield and that the store should rectify the situation. That was about a week ago and no one has contacted me. They stole my money!! So much for a free pizza
Ordered a medium pizza, supposedly extra cheese, but it didn’t look it and cut as if the cook wasn’t even paying attention to it.
The main issue? I asked for a bit extra garlic butter on the crust, which the staff refused, claiming their location doesn’t offer it. After 10 years ordering from Domino’s, this is a first—a complete rejection of the standard crust finishing. The pasta was okay, but with a bit if zest.
Due to the missing cheese, dry crust, and the baffling refusal of an extra splash of garlic butter, I won’t be returning.
So when I say that I can’t understand how Domino’s is in business, that is not hyperbole.
I couldn’t even make myself finish chewing a single bite. I spat it into the trash and felt bad for the trash. It’s not that it’s bad pizza. It’s genuinely disgusting.
The texture is reminiscent of a warm sponge full of week old garbage juices.
The flavor is worse.
Nothing in it or on it is even remotely suggestive of a recognizable or distinct food stuff.
The whole putrid amalgamation blends together into a formless grease pate, coating the mouth like a spiteful witches curse.
It cannot be eaten by decent men and women. My body recoiled as it does when you try to force yourself to eat something every fiber of your being screams at you is simply not food.
It tastes like the death rattle of every joy in your life; like hope itself crying out in mortal agony as it dies slowly on your palate.
I am not a “would rather go hungry guy,” but the idea that I traded money for this actually offends me. I would rather not eat again for a very long time than touch that filth to my lips.
Hands down the worst restaurant in America by a WIDE margin.
So unprofessional.
Not to mention that my order total was ONLY supposed to be $8.76! but however i was charged for someone else’s order ($22.75).
So now i have to hear her yelling in my ear and over talking me about the whole situation on “What she have done already”
“It shows both orders was refunded”
“And both orders was Voided”
“We both got free pizza”
Like HOW THE HELL IS MY PIZZA “FREE” when my card transaction history STILL says $22.75!
NOT TO MENTION THE VOID RECEIPT “BRIA” PRINTED SHOWS SOMEONE ELSE LAST 4 DIGITS AND NOT MINES!
Then got the nerves to hang up in my face!
